I have been going here for 20 years but after my last appointment. I think I will go else where. I went in telling the "dentist" im pretty sure i have a gum infection. He is not one I have ever seen before. After his inspection he said I have sensitive teeth and that's all go home, you are fine. Mind you I was currently taking old pain pill left over from a previous medical issue I had from a year before just to cope. I told him give me x-rays then, there is somthing wrong. So they did oh guess what I did have a infection. He cam back and said oh I guess you are right and prescribed me stuff for the infection and nothing for pain. Thank God I at least got that. It was disappointing seeing they did not make a patient that has been going there for so long not leave feeling taken care of properly and more or less brushed off with out insisting that I be checked futher. I used to like this place not so much anymore.

They keep your best interest in mind, they refer you to dental specialists specific to your needs as opposed to leaving you to do your own research alone.

I've been with this Family Dentistry for 21 years. My hygienist Courtney is the best! My dentist has changed a few times but I've always gotten great care, and best recommendations to what work needs to get done. The new receptionist was cheerful and very thoughtful to open door for me. She also let me know that there was somebody lurking around the office that day. Seems harmless, but none the less she made sure I was safe as I got in my car. What a service!

An incredibly friendly atmosphere! I've been going to Smokey Point Family Dentistry my whole life and with every visit you're treated like family :)) It couldn't be clearer that all the staff have nothing, but your best interest at heart.

Always great service..I have been a patient for the past 12 years..I trust this Dentist office. Staff are always friendly and professional. The establishment is clean. There plenty of parking spots. And they are open during the week on weekends and evenings, which for me works great!

The staff were very friendly. The doctor was very clear and explained very well of my dental care and gave me clear explanation of how to maintain my teeth. I was very pleased and happy with the care that I received.

this dental office is amazing. they are nice, polite and tell you up frt. what u may have to pay and if u have an emergency they will do what they can to squeeze you in.
