An important manifest meeting has come up last minute that unfortunately I cannot miss for any reason (besides life/limb/injury of course) that conflicts with my dental appointment time. Now I am stuck trying to call to cancel or reschedule my appointment within the required 24hr prior notice window. Because no one answers the phones at Smoke Bomb, I'm going to have to drive to base nearly 45 minutes away and hope I make it in time in order to cancel in-person, because no-showing appointments is grounds for removal from the course I'm currently in. Smoke Bomb is terrible.

Not sure if it's their job to do dental work or convolute the medical system to the point where nothing can get done or people just give up, the latter they execute flawlessly. Last fall these dental "professionals" identified work that needed to be done however they did not log the exam into my records only the cleaning portion so now I have to get another exam for the exam to tell me the exact same thing the last exam told me. Normally this wouldn't be an issue however booking is almost non existent due to covid and with a not so flexible schedule that the army provides this relatively easy procedure has become a mountain of a task. Be as it may the frugality of this post but at least let it be a warning to anyone in the future to get a printed off copy of any work done for proof so you don't have to endure a similar situation.

The worst dental clinic in all of North Carolina. Never has availability for appointments and never, ever answers the phone! HORRIBLE, AWFUL

Literally sitting here bleeding out of my mouth. I've called Smoke Bomb Hill Clinic, Clark Clinic and the ER and I've been on the line for 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Good thing I'm not dying or anything. The Army seriously needs to rethink Soldier care or at least be honest and stop listing it as a priority. Army medicine is a joke and so is Fort Bragg. BaCk At BrAgG!

Literally one of the worst places I have ever been. Never answer their phones and constantly close and lock their doors during their posted hours. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Do not bother calling they will never answer you can be on hold for 30 minutes then walk in and see them ignoring the phone call

They never answer their phones, don't keep to their hours, and don't return calls. Once you get inside they're all right, but by that point they will have wasted much of your time.

I know us Soldiers have no other option when it comes to take care of our dental care so I feel sorry on leaving this review here, because it's true. I'm not sure if they are undermanned or what is the issue these days. I have been assigned to SBH for over 20 years now and you can tell the difference in the process. You have long lines, if you try to make an appointment thru the phone system it sends you to a voice mail that is full. I give them 2 stars because at the time of this review we have been dealing with COVID-19 and it does create challenges. But having to stand in line that does NOT move for over 1 hour to make an appointment is ridiculous.

So uh, I called and no one answered. Went into their office and called and listened to the phone ring while no one answered. Not that hard to pick up a phone.

I wish I could give this dental clinic no starts at all. They never answer the phones so you have no way of making appointments. I've been referred twice for a wisdom tooth removal off post but the referrals never got put through. Now its 6 months later and I can't schedule any appointments because the front desk staff is so incompetent! I don't know if I can switch my dental clinic but I hope so because this is absolutely ridiculous. This is the so called free healthcare and dental soldiers are provided.

I would love to rate my experience for this clinic but I can't even schedule an appointment. I am overdue for a dental checkup, so I call the appointment line. After a few rings, I am greeted by a message stating due to high call volume, no one is available to take my call and to leave a message, which is immediately followed by a recording stating that I am unable to leave a message because the mailbox is full. This has been going on for a week. I have called several days at various times of the day which tells me either this is the busiest dental clinic on the planet and the phone is just ringing nonstop, or they're simply not picking up the phone over there. Hopefully my teeth don't rot out of my head before I am able to speak to someone.
