Retired veteran gets cavities filled and almost bleeds out(not a joke.)being 100% disabled I'm blessed with VA Dental, instead of billing community care (VA outpatient insurance), like the Dentist I currently use(never almost bleed out) they billed the right people and got paid. Unlike Smithfield dental, which they tried to sue me for the bill.. I'm totally and permanently disabled, and instead of taking the time to bill the right people they come after you. Smithfield dental, if they don't get paid they will come to your house and serve you, and try and sue you, even when it's completely their fault they didn't get paid. I'm so glad that they were removed from the VA list, so they don't put any more veterans through this Anxiety ridden roller coaster of BS.

While the actual dental care I received here was wonderful, their billing department is an absolute mess to work with. We are going on over a year of issues (that are still unresolved) due to the dismal communication, documentation, and timely follow through on their side. I will not be returning here.

Took my three kids in for regular exams. The dentist told me that all three had multiple cavities (12 in total). I never got a chance to see the X-rays, and was immediatlye offered all sorts of products that I wasn't interested in. I lost my insurance so went to different dentist with the same kids a few months later to have the cavities treated, but they found only one. I felt like they were more interested in making money than helping my family maintain good oral health.

Smithfield Dental is just exceptional! Dr. Chad Harris is honest and upfront about your dental needs..which I love! He is kind and understanding with his patients- he truly cares. I was blessed/cursed with poor enamel, so I have had my fair share of fillings, root canals and caps.. I have gone through many dentists that were not up to par and then I found Dr. Harris- life changing! The crowns from his office are BEAUTIFUL! I honestly can't tell the difference between my teeth and the caps!! I moved to Washington State and was not willing to change dentist because he is that good. The staff are so friendly and willing to accommodate my once a year 2 week trip to Utah- Thank you Smithfield Dental for giving me the confidence to Smile Bigger!

Been coming for years. LOVE the friendliness, skillful knowledge, professionalism, compassion at Smithfield Dental. Dr. Harris and his team are the best. Celeste always does amazing cleanings and care. Just found out they have massaging dental chairs! Woot! The best keeps getting better.

Great family dentist! We saw Dr. Beck and he was very good with our three year old who was afraid of the dentist until now. Everyone was very friendly and helpful in answering any questions we had. Definitely recommend Dr. Beck!

Had to get cavity filled. I was brought back quickly. Dr. Beck described things well. He listened to me. I'm happy with the work I had done. I'll be seeing Dr Beck with my continued care. He's great.

Dental care is great, we love Dr Harris. Billing is an absolute nightmare. Two others that I know go here would agree. We are staying for now because we appreciate the level of dental care we have received.

My family has been going to Dr Harris for years. We searched all over Logan for a great dentist and after a while we heard about him so we tried him out and it's been great. We lived in Logan for 2 years and now we live in Roy, and have been for 3 years and still go to Dr Harris. He's that good and so are his staff. Everyone cleans teeth a little differently than others so you're not going to get "the best most comfortable" cleaning of your life every time. Anyone at any place can clean teeth. It's the big stuff you worry about and Dr Harris is really good at what he does. That's why we go there. We take our 3 little kids there as well. All under 6. We tried the little kids dentists elsewhere but Dr Harris and his staff are better. Hands down. Good dentists are everywhere. Great dentists are far and few. Dr Harris is one of those few. They have treated my family very well. Very happy with them.
