I can't say enough good things about these people. I was skeptical about all the other reviews that said you don't feel him numbing but folks take it from this big chicken I never felt the needle.

Fantastic office. No frills, clean, quick and good price. Had my first ever dental procedure in my life. I needed a root canal in a molar and was a little nervous. The Doc came in with some dad jokes and kept it light. Very personable. The staff is great. The root canal never hurt. What ever the anesthesia is, I never felt them administer it and I was completely numb. He's so fast and thorough It was over quick. Turns out I needed another root canal on a molar on the other side of my mouth. They fit me in and the second root canal was painless too. I was prepared to suffer and it was completely and totally pain free. Amazing. A+ place. If you are shopping for a root canal place just go here.

I was completely disappointed in this office. They do not accept ALL insurances and I have Blue Cross. They wanted me to pay 1100 out of pocket. Seriously who has that to drop like that telling me my insurance will reimburse you no they won't because I'm not paying that. I was so upset because I was in so much pain the older lady at the desk literally had no compassion she and like I was looked at me like I was nothing. Very rude to me

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Completely painless root canal. I was so fearful and anxious, but ....no zero pain. Thank you all

Dr Smith is a ninja level endo ROCK STAR! Referred with a tricky, extremely painful infection deep within my extensive crowns. Not only did he masterfully correct and cure my issues, he saved all my extensive prior work. Can't express enough appreciation for this professional, caring dental artist.

Rude , unprofessional, not honest.Would not recommend. Asked to pay me up to $1500 out of pocket. On my question about my payment option, lady on the phone told me that I can always pull the tooth out. On my question about other endodontist specialist in this area, the same lady told me that they are the only one over here. Lie. Welcome to check Dr. Mims, W Collage St., Florence, Al. You will feel the difference after first call.

Just so you know I am not fond of going to the dentist and really dreaded going in for a root canal, but let me tell you they are absolutely fantastic. Dr. Carol Smith did my root canal and she was excellent along with the office staff. They were very friendly along with being very professional. I would highly recommend them. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Dr. Wilder Smith is the best!!! He has done 3 root canals on me & I have not had any problems at all afterwards. I have never had to have prescription pain medicine afterwards & all 3 times I went back to work. He is so gentle that I have never felt the shots to numb my mouth. I also have TMJ & I have not had any problems with TMJ after my root canals. He deserves more than 5 stars!!!?

Dr. Wilder Smith is the best!!! He has done 3 root canals on me & I have not had any problems at all afterwards. My wife' s tooth had been hurting for weeks before she came to see Dr. Smith. Dr. Wilder Smith fixed her up in one visit! Excellent service and professionalism!
