I just called to make an appointment for my elderly mom because her molar filling has chipped and she's feeling pain. The receptionist stated that the first appointment for new patients isn't until June. I went on to express that she was in a lot of pain. Without empathy or kindness she said, "Well like I said we don't have anything until June so she will have to wait until then". Really? I see now why their ratings are so horrible!

Very professional and knowledgeable about oral care. You are not only at the dentist, you are with family and feel very comfortable at a place that most people avoid going to. Thanks to Dr. Ivan, I no longer have any pain with my tooth because he notice a crack that my previous dentist missed.

I sent an email to Dr. Smith's office about his front desk rep (Jabrina), who was so ill-prepared that she couldn't find my insurance, and while she attempted to find it, she was trying to log back in from her break, and accidentally hung up the phone on a patient in the process! He never responded. No one ever called me back, and I wouldn't recommend ANY one go to this dentist if you're looking for a well-run office that actually keeps their patients information updated. I had to look for another dentist in my network, and I lost an entire hour driving back & fourth to keep my appt. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE. THE SERVICE IS AWFUL!

Told me they couldn't take care off me until 6 days from when i calked then tgey put me on hold fir one hour very rude and gettoo when answering the phone i do not recommend this place no way

Felt like I was with family, I was very comfortable. Everything is just so welcoming. I will be back and make this my permanent dentist office.

Older couple that are both dentists. I got the Ms. for an extraction. She was professional but easy to talk to. Office had mid-level equipment so their prices were reasonable since we weren't paying for the latest fancy dental machine. The extraction went well. Waits were reasonably short and staff was friendly. Most important they take my insurance!! I only paid a small fee for the x-ray.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable office is clean and inviting. They accepted my insurance and the wait time was not as long as I've experienced at other offices. Great experience.

I came today as a walk in, to have an emergency extraction done, I was nervous but the whole staff provided great customer service the nurse's was very very friendly and made me feel at ease because I am a big baby when it comes to needles and amazingly I felt nothing when they took my tooth out, and it took no time I would recommend any body here I could go on and on about this office I just had a really good experience and couldn't wait to share my story.
