Dr. Jerry is a beloved member of the community. He isaBoard Certified Orthodontist which is a very honorable distinction. Less than 25% of orthodontists are Board Certified so when you are being treated by Dr. Jerry, youre being treated by one of the top orthodontists in the country. He has been in private practice since 1987, and is an active member of many leading dental and orthodontic organizations.
A native of Marietta, GA, Dr. Jerry graduated from Wheeler High School and Georgia State University (Cum Laude with distinction in Biology). He received his Doctorate degree in Dentistry at the Medical College of Georgia graduating 2nd in his class. He pursued two additional years of training in his Orthodontic residency at LSU School of Dentistry. He was elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society and has written articles for scientific and clinical journals.
Dr. Jerry believes communication and patient involvement assure the best orthodontic treatment. He believes an informed patient is a motivated patient. He encourages questions, comments, or suggestions at any time.
Dr. Jerry and his wife Becky have six children: Ryan, Ali, Kathryn, Harrison, Jack and Creed. He is an active member of St. Peter Chanel Catholic Church, where he has taught Sunday school for 5 years. In his spare time, he enjoys playing with his kids, tennis, and swimming.
'I have worked for Dr. Jerry since 2005 in a variety of capacities and enjoy the ability I have to interact with patients and their families. I am passionate about Smith Smile Orthodontics and love keeping Dr. Jerry involved in our community and local schools.
In life outside of the office, I get to enjoy being Dr. Jerry 's wife and mother to our 6 children: Ryan, Ali, Kathryn, Harrison, Jack and Creed and our Labradoodle 'Molli'. In my spare time, I enjoy sporting activities with my kids, travelling and cheering on the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs!'
I joined the Smith Smile team in 2016. I have had the pleasure of meeting new people every day and I enjoy getting to know our patients and their families throughout their treatment. My favorite part of my position is watching smiles change and confidence grow.

I have been working in the orthodontic field since 2012 and I absolutely love what I do! I've been surrounded by orthodontics all my life and have several family members in the profession, hence I grew a passion for it at a very young age. I have 2 dogs, Sophie & Millie who I love so much! In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, doing anything outdoors and spending time with my husband, family and friends
I have been in the orthodontic field since 2010 and have been with Smith Smile since 2016. I enjoy meeting and creating relationships with each and every patient. Being able to witness the amazing changes that happen throughout treatment is one of my favorite things about being in this field.
I joined the Smith Smile team in 2017 after receiving my Expanded Duties Certification and I love being able to continue my education at work every day! I'm a native of Woodstock, and in my free time I enjoy boating, hiking, and reading, as well as attending concerts (all genres) and baseball games.
I have been in the dental field since 2013 and joined the Smith Smile team in 2019. My favorite thing about my job is helping my patients understand and feel confident with their treatment plan, so it is a positive and exciting experience for them.

We have 2 daughters in braces. Each time, Dr. Smith has personally called to check on them within their first 24 hours of being in braces and make sure they are adjusting ok. When my older daughter had a wire slip and start poking her, we called and Dr. Smith and he met us at the office to fix it, even though the office was closed. She was leaving for summer camp early the next morning, so it couldn't wait until regular business hours. This team is the best- always so friendly, making each of my children feel like they are so special. They are thorough in their instructions and care. I recommend Dr. Smith to everyone!

I am 54 years old. My family couldnt afford braces when I was growing up 1 of 6 kids. I went today and my braces were put on in an hour. They are almost invisible. Dr. Smith and his entire team are the nicest around. It's never too late to improve your smile!! They treat you like family!!

Dr. Smith and his staff are very kind and patient. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had a full understanding of my orthodontic treatment. I didn't feel rushed out the door, and felt very welcomed. I would highly recommend this facility to any of my friends and family.

This is my 2nd child in braces and this time we did it right. I compared price and amenities of the providers in the area. Interviewed a couple of practices and Smith Smile Orthodontics was the obvious choice. Price can't be beat, and I've never felt that we were giving up service or quality of care. Dr. Smith's staff is amazing... truly top notch. Maya Angelou said, "Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know, do better." Not to reduce Dr. Angelou's larger meaning, but we did better with braces the second time around with Smith Smile Orthodontics.

Such a wonderful and caring staff. They really take the time to listen to concerns and address them accordingly. When I had an emergency after hours, Alex and Dr. Smith responded the way they would have if I were sitting in the office. Being worked in for an xray was quick and easy as well. They always take great care of me!

This is our third child who has had braces with Smith Smiles. The staff is amazing and super friendly. Dr Smith is wonderful and has the best personality. I highly recommend them.
