My wife had to get her wisdom teeth pulled with just local numbing and could not rave enough about the experience and how quick and smooth the process was. They exceeded her expectations and were extremely professional. She will have to get the others pulled eventually and no longer is dreading the process. Would highly recommend this practice!!

Service was excellent. As pain free as an e traction can be. I thought I had bone or something that worked its way through the gum. Went by to make an appointment. Doc brought me in and said it was the dissolving suture fraying. Full out all the loose and showing strands. Sent me on my way. And I figured I was just going to make an appointment.....

I had a very good experience . Very one in this office is so nice. They all care about you. The Dr. has called me at home to check on me . I even got a call the next day checking on how I felt . Very good people .

Staff is friendly. Didn't have to wait long for our first visit. It was just an appointment to get an X-ray and schedule the procedure. I was told I would hear back in a few days with a date for the procedure. It has been over a month. I have called multiple times. If I speak to anyone I'm told they are waiting for the other office to finalize a date and they will reach out to them again. I have also left messages a few times to which no one has returned any of my calls. So very irritated at this point. I had to wait months on the initial appointment. The appointment it's self took 5, just very disappointed they have not contacted me at all in the last month and I have to call them every few days and still have no appointment for the procedure and have had no one there following up with me.

I had a same day visit after an oncology visit, then visited PCP to check INR to plan a date for tooth extraction. Careful planning & care coordination helped expedite my treatment. Very efficient, friendly & professional team. All is well without any complications and follow up calls were very appreciated. Thank you!!

First medical experience with an exceedingly thankful choice to have the expertise and quality of pre care and oral surgery caring Dr.Russell. The entire office employees from receptionist welcoming being right on task ,the cordial business expertise, to the competent lead way / update from the front to the back for the oral surgery orientation by Dr. Russell & assistant I knew I was in for the best of dental & personal care. Dr. Russell and his team are amazing. Everyone is very friendly. In depth information provided around procedure and what to expect. Great follow up after having procedure done. Would definitely recommend if you need an oral surgeon. Truly an excellent experience.

The only problem was that when I made the appt no one told me I would owe a large amount of money and my visit came to a stopped and was told I would have to make another appt to finish this one I had money but needed to move it to checking but it was stated my treatment was stopped And I was placed back in lobby to wait again to continue my treatment after I paid while in lobby I called my wife to transfer the amount you wanted this up set me now as to my Dr was great that's your 4 stars as the last word people should be advised they my have a large bill before treatment starts an in my case stops looking forward to have my Dr Harris do my oral surgery and the personal call to explain the process on Oct 31

My wisdom teeth unexpectedly started causing major problems. They worked me in same week for a consultation and the following week during lunch the extraction. Dr. Russel and his team were fast, efficient and provided remarkable service. I'm all healed up, just 2 weeks post op.

Everything is fantastic at Smith & Shehan. I had to have a tooth cut out and they were able to do it without having to put me to sleep. They are very understanding and passionate. The staff is super and the dentist is super. I have never been treated so good as I was here. Very caring people. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an oral surgeon. I promise, you will not be disappointed. They even give you ice cream to take home when you leave. Words cannot express how thankful I was to find them. Really caring place to go. Thank you all so much for everything you have done for me.
