Very professional, honest, & trustworthy staff! Absolutely phenomenal care by Lisa & Dr. Smith. Would recommend anyone that has had previous bad experiences with the dentist to give this office a shot! I'm very happy & pleased with them, especially after having so many bad experiences with dentists. They make you feel welcome, and do such a FANTASTIC job!!!

I wanted so badly to like this dentist office! Our first visit was great, hence the two stars instead of one. It was for my toddler and it was just a tour. They handled him great and it was a lovely experience for him. We scheduled another visit 6 months later, a cleaning/exam, or so I thought. We arrived and the hygienist was nice enough, but only looked at my sons teeth for less than a minute and just poked a couple places. There was no cleaning. She thought there might be a small cavity and pushed the button for the dentist to come in. Instead of the dentist, it was the receptionist stating that the dentist left for the day? I was understanding but in retrospect I should have said something, because they ended up billing my insurance for an exam (sounds like insurance fraud to me). THE DENTIST DID NOT EVEN SEE HIM. We were sent on our way after I scheduled myself an appt. A week later, they called to reschedule my appt and I was slightly annoyed but still understanding, I requested a Friday appt to which their reply was "we don't take patients on Friday"... my sons appt was on a Friday and your hours state you are open 8-12 on Fridays, but ok! They texted me a while after that and scheduled an appt for me, without my confirmation, so of course I had to cancel that because it didn't fit with my hectic schedule. Fast forward and I find that my sister who I referred there, noticed a charge on her insurance for an emergency visit, which was just a tour for her toddler (again, sounds like insurance fraud to me). I won't go on with my other bad experience because you get my point. Maybe all these were honest mistakes but... maybe not. Seems fishy to me! ETA: went to another dentist for an actual cleaning and exam a month after his "exam" here, and was immediately referred to a pediatric dentist. My son ended up having extensive work done that year due to lack of enamel and was in pain for months, which I'm sure would have been noticed if the Dr. Smith would have seen him that day. I had to pay out of pocket for his actual exam at the other dentist due to our insurance already being billed for an exam at Dr. smiths. Which never happened.

When I started coming here I was so nervous, I mean it's the dentist, who isn't? But the team here helped me remain calm and did great work explaining what is going on, how it's going to happen, and the work I have gotten is great, they move quickly but I am glad made the choice to come here and stay here!

This place at first i thought was absolutely great. I had to get a filling and mind you i have bad anxiety and they pushed me away cause of my anxiety especially with dentists as well. Will not be coming back cause they were extremely rude and not understanding of peoples mental health.

Very poor experience, told me I'd either need everything pulled, or expensive root canals, instead of what a different dentist I went to after informed me was just larger fillings on all 12 back teeth.. Definitely recommend getting a second opinion, or better yet, not going here..

I am very lucky I found Dr Sandra Smith DDS. She is a great dentist and her staff are also amazing I had 2 molars pulled she said they were infected. My gums wouldn't heal very painful. She kept saying 3 times I went back nothing was wrong. I went back to get my teeth cleaned and the hygienist told her my gums didn't look good. She sent me to oral surgeon Dr Poupard he did a biopsy and I had stage 4 cancer. Dr Poupard saved my life. He suggested U of M, I also had cancer lymphnode in my neck.

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable, and always a warm welcome when entering the building. Sandra, herself, is a friendly, great dentist who seems to enjoy every aspect of her job, which makes it so much easier on the patient.

I highly recommend this dentist! Very compassionate and caring. The staff was also very kind. It was a really great experience to leave that office encouraged instead of crying like I had at some other places.

I am terrified of the dentist. I get very anxious and cry during any procedure, even cleanings. These ladies are absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk into office until you leave. They get you in right away, explain everything to you, make sure you're completely comfortable and show they actually care about you. Dr Smith is a wonderful dentist and she has a great crew behind her.

This was my first time visiting the Sandra K. Smith, D.D.S. office. Everyone was very nice and I left feeling confident that I picked a great Dentist! My hygienist was also very nice and helpful. I will be sure to share my positive experience with family and friends. Thank you!
