I talked toDr Smith about a very unusual dental problem. Although I had never met him before he was very eager to help me with my unusual problem. He offered to help me find a special prostadonist in Augusta. I will be forever grateful He did all this at no charge to me and since I have no insurance advised me where to go for excellent dental care that I could afford

Was told an amount that I needed to pay for a procedure and insurance was verified. After the procedure was told my insurance did not cover it. They never verified with my insurance before and only told me after that I had to pay more. Bad customer service. Was a patient for over 10 years, not any more. Their web site has a email contact us page but it doesn't work. I notified everyone I know that is a patient to let them know how I was treated.

WENT TO DR. SMITH FOR 2-3 YEARS. GREAT CHAIR SIDE MANNER, HOWEVER, EVERY FILLING THAT HE PLACED IN MY MOUTH HAS SINCE EITHER BROKEN OR CAME OUT. NOW I AM HAVING TO SPEND THOUSANDS OF $$ TO FIX WHAT HE DID NOT. MY CURRENT DENTIST HUGGED ME AND TOLD ME HE FELT SORY FOR ME BECAUSE THIS DENTIST PATCHED MY TEETH LIKE A QUILT INSTEAD OF FIXING THEM THE CORRECT WAY.DID I MENTION THAT HE GOT PAID, SO HERE I AM PAYING TO HAVE THE SAME TEETH FIXED THE RIGHT WAY THIS TIME. I AM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO HERE!!!!!!!
