Teri graduated as a Registered Dental Assistant from Collin County Community College in 2007. In 2009, she joined our practice as the Office Manager. She loves working for a team that treats patients as family and appreciates that her patients trust her to help them obtain their best smiles. Outside of the office, Teri enjoys reading, swimming, and playing with her grandchildren.
Amber graduated from Midwestern State University in 2007 and joined our team in 2021. Shes earned special certifications in Nitrous Oxide Monitoring and Pit and Fissure Sealants. Amber is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association (ADHA) and has volunteered her time with the Texas Mission of Mercy. Amber enjoys investing in her patients dental health by educating them on optimal ways to achieve long lasting and healthy smiles. She looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients and making a positive impact on their lives. When not in the office, Amber enjoys cheering on her favorite sports teams and spending time with her family.
Janis obtained her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Tyler Junior College in 2010. Prior to becoming a hygienist, Janis graduated from Grayson County Community College Dental Assisting Program and worked in that field for 15 years. Janis joined our practice in 2010. She is certified in pit and fissure sealant placement and nitrous oxide monitoring. She is a member of the American Hygiene Association. Janis loves the opportunity to help patients lead healthier lives and enjoy brighter smiles. Outside the office, Janis enjoys reading, camping and traveling.
Jerri graduated in 2012 with a degree in Dental Assisting. She then joined our team in 2017. Shes earned certifications in administering nitrous oxide and pit and fissure sealant placement. Jerri loves working with our team and meeting new patients. She appreciates the opportunity to get to know her patients on a personal level. Jerri is also a member of First Presbyterian, and outside of the office, she enjoys seeing new bands and spending time with friends and family.
Anna obtained her Dental Assisting certification from the Ridley Lowell Business and Technical Institute in New London, Connecticut. She then joined our team in 2017. She has also obtained her certification in nitrous oxide monitoring. Anna strives to help her patients in any way she can, helping them feel comfortable and joining them on their dental journey in a positive way. She is a member of the Oasis of Blessings Church. She and her husband Marcus have two children, Jaydyn and Camila, and a dog named Sadie. Outside of the office, Anna enjoys crafts, fishing, and hanging out with her family.
Sofia earned her Certificate of Completion in Dental Assisting from Collin College in 2021, and joined our practice the same year! She loves the chance to help and meet new people, and appreciates the trust our patients place on us. Sofias favorite hobby is singing.

I have been a patient with Dr. Kyle for several years. He is very personable and attentive to the patients needs. The procedures are fully explained to alleviate any anxiety the patient may have and Dr. Kyle also keeps you informed during the procedure. In addition, the assistants, hygienists, and office staff are friendly and great to work with. The entire team makes for a pleasurable dental experience. I highly recommend Dr. Kyle and his staff for your dental care.

I originally moved to Texas 5 years ago and struggled to find a dentist that was kind, affordable, and did excellent work. I went to Smith and immediately knew they were a great fit. My first cleaning was comfortable and thorough. Over the last 3 years I have been pleased with every visit! I also was referred to a specialist by Dr. Smith for a root canal correction. The process didn't break the bank and was efficient and easy! I would highly recommend Smith Family to anyone looking for a great dentist!

Pain free and informative! My first visit to Smith Family Dentistry was to replace a filling that had fallen out. I got to experience Dr. Kyle's work at a level beyond the normal X-Ray review and hygiene process. Dr. Kyle explained what he was doing every step of the way and made me very comfortable. I ended up having 2 fillings done and the results are great. Smooth teeth, comfortable bite and no sensitivity. Thanks Dr. Kyle!

I love them so much! When I first moved to Texas, I needed a nice, affordable, friendly dentist office! This one is all of that and more! I'm not just a name that comes on every 6 months for a cleaning- they know my and my family! The front office is amazing and I've never had an issue!! They are well worth my 30 minute drive from Rockwall!

I've been going to Doctor Buddy my whole life and never had a problem. His son, Doctor Kyle is really great too. The staff is wonderful and there is a friendly atmosphere. Great place to get your teeth cleaned.

Buddy has been my dentist for nearly 40 years. Nice office spaces with good music. Friendly knowledgeable staff. I appreciate how the Smiths keep up with the latest in dental technology.

Everyone was very accommodating and super nice. I learned more about my teeth and gums than any dentist office I've ever been to!!! They are so efficient with all the things they do. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone...even the scaredy-cats like me!!! I'm totally afraid of the dentist but they all made me so comfortable. I'm definitely impressed by them all.

As someone who has probably spent the most time in the chair at Dr. Kyle Smith's office over the last few years, trust me when I say there is no other dentist I would trust with my teeth. Dr. Kyle and company saved my teeth from the brink! They are all professional, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I hope no one has to spend as much time at the dentist as I have, but if you do I assure you will have a great experience at Dr. Kyle Smith's office!
