Amanda McClelland and Angela Gentry are both Expanded Duty Dental Assistants. Both have completed many hours of continuing education on advanced restorations, radiology/safety techniques, and cosmetic procedures. Our EDDAs are very knowledgeable and will be happy to explain & plan treatment options for you. Their high standards of excellence in personalized care enables them to provide the quality dental services our patients deserve. They provide comprehensive treatment planning and use the latest equipment and products for restorative and cosmetic procedures to achieve your optimal dental health. Should and emergency occur, Amanda or Angela will make every effort to see and care for you as soon as possible.

Worst people I have ever dealt with. Told me they couldn't schedule me bc I was in pain. Then said but hey there's another provider you can use....but I can't tell you who. SERIOUSLY! are they all 5 yrs old are we playing a guessing game? To lady on phone even if you use a "kind" tone of voice being a b**** is still being a b****.

I was told that they can't get to a cavity until I have had a deep cleaning. Had to schedule out 6 months to get a 4 pm. Then had to schedule 2 appointments because they can't do it all at one time. Day of appt, there is a wreck. I will be maybe 10 mins late and call in advance. The lady told me that there may not be enough time to complete the procedure so you may have to make another appt, which would be 3 months away. At this point, I told them to cancel all appts and I will find another dentist since you can't wait less than 10 mins.

This happened a while back, but I walked in for a routine cleaning and they ended up grinding down my teeth without asking. I walked out with a cold sensitivity that I did not have walking in. Never went back, even after they called multiple times to schedule a routine cleaning.

I have been going to Smith Family Dentistry since I was a young girl and now my children go there! All of the staff are super friendly and take great care of us each time we go. The office and waiting room are always nice and clean and the ladies at the front desk always greets us with a smile. Both hygienists also do a great job and are very thorough. I would highly recommend Dr Smith Family Dentistry because they are awesome!

I've been going to Dr. Smith for over 23 years or longer. I've always felt comfortable with him and his knowledge. Brian has been my hygienist since then as well, and not only is he professional and puts me at ease. He's become a caring friend and always ask about my daughters and work. Carrie is the sweetest when I call for appointments or need information. All the staff are wonderful here. I'm grateful they are so close to home and convenient for me and my daughters needs. Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to and I've been to several! My entire family goes to Smith Family Dentistry and they are truly amazing! As soon as you walk in you are treated like family and they do phenomenal work! I will always continue to recommend all of my friends to this dentist office!

My Family has been coming here for about 20 years. I feel like a friend not a patient when I am there. They care about their patients. They do great work. I have never had a problem.

We always have a great experience here. Our family has been coming here since 2003. Even when we moved, we still make the trip to Charlestown to see Brian, Cindy and Dr Smith and all of the friendly staff. Highly recommend!
