Smith Dental is the best. I would recommend them to everyone if you looking for a new dentist home. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Ms. Diamond was very helpful when the xray was uncomfortable she made sure I was comfortable. 10/10

The dental experience was fantastic. Ny'Keira was great! She was extremely thorough and explained everything that she was doing very well. I highly recommend this office. The staff is excellent !

The absolute kindest dental staff I've ever met. I have extreme dental anxiety/low pain tolerance and the dentist, along with every assistant, including the receptionist was so considerate of my feelings. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I've never had a dentist literally cheer me on and encourage me while pulling my tooth, it was so refreshing. I wish I could name every single person but I HAVE to call out Oshae!! She was one of the first faces I met and she immediately helped me relax and feel like family. No matter your dental story, they all understand. Also the facility is very pretty and well-maintained. I will definitely be back!

I appreciate the staff. They talk you through the process and handle your needs accordingly. I like that they make you comfortable. Dymond is awesome and Nykeira whose training with her. Keep up the good work ladies. Can't wait for my new smile

I went into the office in unbearable pain! From the reception desk to the Dr. I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind, comforting and understanding about how horrible I felt. The Drs assistant Eliz provided me with outstanding service! They all assured me that they would do their best to get me pain free. I had an abscess and a tooth that needed to be extracted. Dr. David, worked his magic and just like that, the tooth's was out, and abscess taken care of . To make things even better, it was on a Sunday! I love the fact that they are available on the days everyone else is closed. Thank you Smiths Dental for taking great care of me and having exceptional customer service!

Dymond was such a nice and comfortable person to talk to. I really appreciated my experience with her. I'm new in Savannah and this place truly made me warm and welcomed. . The fact that I was able to play Jesus Movies which I love was so amazing . Thank you to all who helped me .

Less than a month ago I had a crown seated. That was more than a month after the root canal. Either the lab or the office lost my crown. Rather than admit that they seated a crown that was too large for my mouth, the space, etc. I suspect due to me calling asking when it would get done along with them knowing I was moving out of town, they used someone else's crown. At any rate, it sheered off this evening. Not just broke, but sheered off at the roots. Now I'm left with finding an emergency dentist in a new town on a weekend. Not cool, really not cool.

TERRIBLE SERVICES!!! Customer service everyone was nice... as far as work knowledge different story WENT IN FOR TOOTH EXTRICATION LEFT WITH MORE PAIN!!! I've never been to a dentist that gives you 12 different shots to numb one area..... AND STILL LEAVE WITH HALF THE TOOTH AND IN PAIN. Had to return back to office just to get a pain prescription because I got no info on how to care for the pain!

When I was taken in by Dr. Smith, I had Temporary Crowns that were on for far longer than they should have been due to my former dentist kicking me out because, I asked questions that she didn't want asked. I now have my permanent crowns on, and they feel great! Did I mention that they look, feel and perform just like my teeth did when I was in my teens? They are gorgeous! He and his entire staff were welcoming, professional, and most importantly GOOD at what they DO! They allowed me to be myself, answered ALL of my questions and provided prompt, courteous service that I had only experienced at a dentist from my childhood 30 years ago, Dr. Earl Bostick. This man and his practice has been a blessing to my family and I. The offering of Sunday care is priceless to me. Without this convenience, I would still be trying to budget the inferior amount pto they offer employees in this country, and my health! This quickly helped me get my work done. So far, I've had no problems whatsoever. Very high tech, smooth serving practice. We need MORE of this! Dr. Smith, I hope you, your practice, and your family stay forever blessed and kept by the father. Thank you for ALL that you have done for me, and my son! You treated me like a human being. Earlier this week I had to get my first tooth pulled. I was quite scared but the dentist made me feel comfortable. The staff who helped me name I believe was named Jaleah. She was so comforting, sweet and professional. Not too often you get customer service this good from anywhere. I highly recommend them.

The initial phone call made my wife and I fall in love with them. Then we walked through the door and the icing and the cherry was placed on top. The loving and kind atmosphere made me feel secure when my wife had to had an emergency extraction (3 teeth) on a SUNDAY!!! It's the weekend service for me. Thanks for being there for us and reassuring me that my wife would not be in pain no more! The entire staff was excellent !!!!

Open on the weekends, which is best for my schedule, the staff is friendly and nice. The office is very clean and the dentist are caring and gentle when they work, my go to place for my dental work.
