BEWARE: BAIT & SWITCH FOR SOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Staffs are nice but owner marketing strategy is a bit dishonest. They use the cheap Groupon pricing to lure you in the door and will only perform the cleaning if you accept their "recommended" deep cleaning at a price about $1K. This may be the license standard but their recommendation for my mother wasn't accurate and honest. We refused and went back to our old dentist for a second opinion in which she confirmed a deep cleaning wasn't required. Save your time and don't take the chance!

I went in for a cleaning and X-rays. I was told my filling chipped and I needed a deep cleaning. When I told her I wasn't getting a deep cleaning, the hygienist, walked out of the room exclaiming she is not losing her license. Treated me like trash. I got up and left. I went to my regular dentist in NJ who told me my tooth filling was not chipped - my tooth was chipped and filling was unnecessary and would weaken tooth. In addition, he did not recommend I have a deep cleaning. Stop trying to rip people off and treat them like trash in the process.

The service at this dentist office was amazing. All of the staff were kind and helpful. An to top it off we were able to fix the toothe ache issue we were having same day. I would recommend this spot to anyone in need of any dental services. We are grateful to all the staff for their help.

I love my hygienist Jackie she's the absolute best. She doesn't just clean your teeth, she tells you how to keep them clean and keep a healthy mouth. They have inhouse insurance and affordable payment plans. I've been coming here for almost a year. Thanks Smith Dental care team

My husband and I both had great experiences visiting this practice. From the moment we walked in to the end of our appointments, everyone was very kind, hospitable, professional, complimenting and welcoming. Do not use this place ever...paid for a bridge/crown that came out in less than two months, went back to get get it repaired and they wanted me to pay 4k anew (acted like nothing happened). Again, do not use them if you don't want to be ripped off and disrespected...extremely unprofessional!

Had my temporary bridge given me trouble wouldn't stay in felt rough and sharp had lots of trouble with the top as well as the bottom. The young lady there her name is Auri she is the best she got everything perfect they feel as good as my regular teeth she was very detailed they look very real was insisted on me being satisfied, explained everything to me in detail answered all my questions very articulate this young lady deserves a raise she is the best thank you Auri

God awful establishment. The doctors treat you like you don't matter and put themselves first in all situations, they prioritize their lunch over you sitting in a dental chair waiting for them. The staff is completely careless and miss half of their appointments daily

The dentist was horrible. He was very rude and mistreated my daughter. Totally unprofessional. No pain meds or antibiotics after an extraction, no aftercare instructions. Dirty treatment rooms. The dentist was a total jerk. He needs to lose his license for the way he treated my daughter. The nurses and assistants were rude and incompetent. The patient before her also had the same experience. Do not go to this dentist. Worst experience ever.

Do not go to this place for anything other than a cleaning, they tortured me and experimented on me for four months, til I'd finally had enough! After torturing me my face was swollen on two occasions passed me around to different dentists and no one had any answers. Then the owner gave me a root canal without numbing me, I guess he was saving his laughing gas for the right ppl and assumed black women could endure pain like animals! 1 yr and a half later and the left side of my face is still mildly numb! This place is terrible, they could never touch me again. RUN!

Had an appointment at 6pm today. Arrived at 5:50pm, office was closed.... But they sent a text reminder of my appointment. Makes no sense

Abdul at Smith Dental is so kind and patient! Alistair asked all his questions about the procedure and expressed his fears, and Abdul answered everything and more! Abdul also chatted him up about anime and video games and put Alistair completely at ease. Alistair did decide to only do two of the four fillings today (the two front top teeth) and come back another day for the remaining two fillings (two farthest back top molars). Alistair's personal experience wasn't as great as he anticipated, but the two most prominent teeth have been filled and smoothed, and he's very happy with the end result - he says they look beautiful! Smith Dental gave me a card for Tebo Dentistry so we can take care of the molar fillings and have him knocked out for it. His anxiety was too great to do more than we did, he still felt the needle, and he was incredibly uncomfortable. He's fine, now, but it's just not something he can do while awake at this time. We were lucky to get two done - and those were very superficial!

Depends I guess they never answer the phone and you leave message online and on the phone they still don't call you back I feel like you have to actually get in their faces for them to actually care about you so sad so 3 stars because yes they are very good at what they do and they are open late but very unprofessional and extremely hard to make an appointment definitely need to fix that cause I don't think I should have to message over and over and call over and over till I get someone that's ridiculous
