Dr. Joe, does amazing work! I couldn't be any more pleased with my new smile. He completely brought my confidence level up to a new high! He is very gentle while working on you. I would highly recommend Dr. Joe!!!

Our family has been going to Dr. Karen since 1995. We just love her!! She is very thorough as well. Everyone is kind and makes you feel comfortable. Definitely a family to join for dentistry.

I have been a client of Dr Smith's for many years. I visited this past Wednesday for a mommy six months cleaning and was so impressed by the staff. I really appreciated Jolene as my hygienist; she was so extremely warm and inviting. Love my dentist and his amazing staff!

Spiteful, unprofessional and unethical. They told my wife that an existing filling needed to be removed and replaced. She consented. However, they didn't put the new filling in correctly, including failing to perform correct bite alignment. My wife had to go back at least twice over several months, during which time she was in pain and discomfort, and they never really fixed the problem. So my wife decided to have the tooth evaluated by another dentist. Both my wife and the new dentist asked Smith to transfer her medical records to the new dentist, and Smith's office agreed, without raising any issues or problems with this request, which is quite a standard occurrence in medicine. My wife went to the new dentist a week or two later, only to discover Smith's office never transferred the chart - impeding proper evaluation of the tooth and necessary medical care. My wife subsequently contacted Smith's office to find out why they failed to transfer the medical records to the new dentist, and was told it is because she has a $25 unpaid bill. Here's the kicker - they haven't even sent the bill to her yet! It gets much worse. They didn't tell her when she requested the transfer of her records that there was any outstanding bill, otherwise, we would have considered paying it. Additionally, we now understand and believe the allegedly outstanding bill was for Smith to correct her errors with placing the filling in the first place, so it's not even a legitimate bill! Moreover, even if it was a legitimate bill, it is a violation of PA law to deny a patient's request for medical records because of an unpaid medical bill. Take a look at the medical records brochure published at Patientsafety.pa.gov Completely unethical, illegal, unprofessional and spiteful to interfere with medical care by holding up the transfer of patient medical records over a bogus $25 bill that hasn't even been sent to the patient. Neither my wife, nor I will ever go back there. Caveat emptor.

I just got my front tooth fixed by Dr Smith and it looks great. I am also in the process of getting two crowns replaced. Dr. Smith was extremely gentle with the anesthesia at my first appointment. I could barely feel the injections at all, no pain whatsoever, and I had been very anxious about the appointment for this reason! The office is very professional, clean, friendly, and has all the latest technology but it still has the feel of a small office where you feel at home. I'm excited to have found Dr. Smith!

My entire family has been going to Smith Dental Associates for many years, since our children were old enough to go to the dentist. The hygienists and office staff, along with Dr. Smith, are great. We trust them implicitly and have recommended them to many friends / co-workers / family members in the area.

Dr. Karen & her staff are always friendly and helpful. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Karen has come in on days when she was not scheduled to fix dental emergencies for me. And they have great hours to choose from as well.

I started seeing Dr Joe about 15 years ago. He's the best dentist I've ever had and his hygienist is great also. Ive had regular cleanings, two root canals, some fillings & a crown over the years. No complaints.
