Waited 4 months for an appointment. Staff cancels the appointment ON THE DAY of the appointment less than 2 hours prior!! The staff said there was an emergency and theyd call back to reschedule. A whole week passes and they did not call back. If you call them they just bounce you around to VM or they put you on hold and hang up. Extremely unprofessional. AVOID this surgeon - look elsewhere. Ended up making an appt with oral surgeon group in haddonfield. Way better experience

The medical office is horrible. Their staff messed up my scheduled surgery twice and refused to take any accountability. First because they scheduled at a time the doctor wasn't even there. Then today I arrived for my rescheduled surgery and they did not have my insurance on file or the authorization from my insurance. I sent them all my insurance info they needed back in November and they confirmed I was good to go. They asked if I wanted to come back in 15 days for my surgery. No thank you.
