Dr. Sayamol Bo Voraragsa, or 'Dr. Bo' as referred to fondly by her patients, is a board-certified general dentist, who graduated from the renowned New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Voraragsa is currently a part-time faculty member at NYU College of Dentistry, where clinicians who were at the top of their classes are invited to teach students the core curriculum of general dentistry in both pre-clinical and clinical settings. Prior to establishing Smiling Village Dentistry, Dr. Voraragsa completed her residency at Montefiore Medical Center and continued practicing in several dental clinics as an associate, where she rapidly developed a reputation as a skilled and caring doctor.
Dr. Voraragsa specializes in all phases of general and cosmetic dentistry including fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, bondings, teeth whitening, implant restoration and pain management. Dr. Voraragsa established Smiling Village Dentistry in August 2012 to provide her patients with the highest quality of care in a relaxed, caring, friendly, and professional atmosphere. She understands that each patient is different, and prides herself in spending time with each of her patients to ensure that they are well informed and comfortable with their treatment plan. When Dr. Voraragsa is not practicing her passion of dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She routinely gives back to the community by taking part in organizational outreach events such as the Annual Thai Health Fair.
Also, every year for one week during the month of January, Dr. Voraragsa travels to Jamaica with the Health Care International Group and other health care professionals, who volunteer their time to provide basic dental care to the local communities.
