The team at Smiling Faces Pediatric Dentistry works with children of all ages, from infants and toddlers to adolescents and young adults. They also serve adults and children with special needs, providing a warm, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere that helps ease anxiety and fears.
The team at Smiling Faces Pediatric Dentistry loves working with children. All of the dentists and support staff have received special training in the care and cleaning of primary teeth and collaborate with their patients parents to provide comprehensive, preventive and general dentistry services.
Smiling Faces Pediatric Dentistry has two convenient locations and accepts most insurance plans, including state insurance. The team offers a full suite of dental services, including early dental care, treatment with nitrous oxide, exams, crowns, preventive care, X-rays, emergency dentistry, and teeth cleanings.
The dentists also treat cavities and offer fillings and sealants to prevent further damage. If necessary, the team can also perform oral surgery such as a pulpotomy or extractions. For children with overcrowded or impacted teeth, the team also offers space maintainers.

I would not recommend using this clinic if you aren't calling to make sure you don't have appointments. Apparently we had some appointment's that were missed that I was un aware of and didn't receive a reminder call to even inform me of it. I also scheduled an appointment for another child that his parents did not take him and I was held responsible for that missed visit as well. Front Clinical staff is also not professional at all.

This dental office is amazing! I bring my son here. Staff is kind and professional. They are prompt about getting us back. Also the dentist we see is always great with my son. I've never had any issues here.

They didn't confirm right for the appointment. I made 2 appointments every time but they sent text only for 1 appointment. And the lady in the front is so rude. I never see her before. The person that usually working in the front is nice . I quit from there after 9 years we are with smiling face.

This dental office is amazing! I bring my son here. Staff is kind and professional. They are prompt about getting us back. Also the dentist we see is always great with my son. I've never had any issues here.

Looked online thru my dental insurance and this dental clinic is listed as one that accepts it. Called to make an appointment and they said they don't accept my insurance. This is misleading and shouldn't be listed as a place that takes the insurance if they don't take it.

I have had dental insurance for the past 15 years, and have never had an issue as much as I've had with this Dentist's office. They have messed up on every piece of paperwork that we filled out. This Dentist's Office had our SSN, Birthdates, and even which insurance company we had wrong in their paperwork. I even went so far as to conference call with my insurance company and Smiling Faces to verify that my insurance was valid, and that Smiling Faces needs to send them the correct info for billing. After 9 months of back and forth calling between the insurance and dentist's office, it is still unresolved. The dentist's office keeps saying to give them a couple more weeks and they will get it worked out, only to say the same thing 2 weeks later. It's been over 9 months, this is ridiculous. I took our daughter to a different dentist this last month, and they had everything verified and paid withing a week. Smiling Faces office is so unorganized, it's insane. I will never do business with them again, and will actively let people know about the kind of an unorganized business they run.

Very unorganized business. They had all of our paperwork messed up, and strung out our bill for nearly a year. Insurance was up to date, and used on numerous occasions at other dentist's offices without issue.

Our experience with this office as horrible. They're very unorganized, and do not follow through with what they say they will do. They drug out our bill for months, with little more than we're sorry, we'll get it fixed soon. Yet it was never fixed.

We waited about 40 minutes past our appointment time to be called in for a seat, and about another 25 minutes once we were in the seat to be seen by the dentist. The assistants were very nice but the dentist was rude and wait time was awful.
