The team at Smiling Faces Dental of Parlin NJ is committed and works hard to be a model of comprehensive care that is patient focused and relationship based to ensure that we see, hear, and treat the whole patient.
Our team approach uses a guided process of co-discovery that helps people learn about, understand, and appreciate their dental health. We assist each person in creating an individualized care plan toward his/her own goals. Their successes become our successes. Its an amazing journey.
Our patients are served in a respectful, comfortable, and anxiety-free way. People travel to us from across New Jersey and Try-State area. Its an honor for us to serve every one, and we appreciate and value their trust.
We started our practice in 1986 as Dr. Poli & Dr. Burton Dentistry. However, during few months of a Covid -19 lockdown we start thinking about the new name which can better express what we are now, how we care for our patients, and our vision for the future. So, as we reopened, our team decided to create a new name that better represents us: Smiling Faces Dental.
The dentists at Smiling Faces Dental are board certified and committed to high-quality, comprehensive care. They each have over thirty eight years of experience and are committed to ongoing professional growth and continuing advanced education.
Each team member is committed to achieving the best for themselves, each other, the practice, and our patients. We love the path were on, how its changing our lives and those of our patients. The difference were making in the world starts at our door.
Dr Paul Poli is a New Jersey Board Certified dentist (Fairleigh Dickinson University, DMD, 1981), a proud member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and specializes in general and cosmetic dentistry as well as non-surgical facial esthetics and rejuvenation (PDO lifting threads, dermal fillers and botox). Dr Poli is dedicated to the highest level of education and excellence in the field of dentistry and total facial esthetics. Dr Poli is a professional, passionate doctor and is known for his gentle manner and complete attention to detail. In his spare time Dr Poli enjoys ballroom dancing, skiingand biking.
Dr. Richard Burton is a New Jersey Board Certified dentist (Fairleigh Dickinson University, DMD, 1982) He has treating patients at this location in Parlin NJ with Dr. Poli since 1986. Dr. Burton specializes in general and cosmetic dentistry, offers a full range of dental services including the latest in mini implants. Dr Burton is bringing his vast professional experience and skills to provide the highest level of excellence in the field of dentistry. Dr Burton is known for his kind manner and complete attention to detail. In his spare time Dr. Burton is a life long golf addict.

I have been a patient of Dr. Poli for many years now. He is supremely knowledgeable, and most of all, he likes what he does, and does it well. He takes the time to explain things, and always makes you feel at ease. His staff is very friendly, and have been extremely helpful with navigating sometimes difficult insurance issues. If you are looking for a good dentist, look no further than Dr. Poli. You will not be disappointed!

If you are looking for a top notch, caring and technically savvy dentist, Dr. Paul Poli of Smiling Faces Dental is the go to person. Not only does he know a tremendous amount about dentistry, he takes the time to educate the patients and make sure they are getting the best treatment. I have been his patient for some time and have never had better dental care. His staff tries to help in every way possible to make you feel comfortable and well cared for. I can only say wonderful things about Dr. Poli and his office!

I've been a patient with Dr Poli for over 10 years and have been absolutely happy with every visit and interaction with his entire staff. The treatment I receive there is excellent. He is caring and attentive. His staff is excellent, I have never had an unpleasant second in the office. My wife is also a patient of Dr Poli. We both highly recommend his practice.

I have been Dr. Paul Poli's patient for many years and have found him to be extremely knowledgeable, a great technician, and sincerely caring. His staff makes every effort to accommodate appointments, help you navigate your insurance, and make you feel comfortable. Everything about this office is extremely professional. Dr. Poli takes as much time as you need to make sure you understand his plan for your care, and you never feel rushed or leave without a good understanding of your visit. Even with the issues surrounding Covid -19, every effort is made to ensure your safety at this office. I recommend Dr. Poli with complete confidence that you will find the best dentist you have ever gone to!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Poli's for over 7 years. The atmosphere in the office and professionalism of Dr. Poli and staff has always been just superb. The availability, service and quality is excellent. Enjoyable experience throughout the office visit. Any problem/question is always thoroughly explained by Dr. Poli or his staff. I did not hesitate to visit the office recently couple of times and was not disappointed. The office staff was perfectly prepared, ready to welcome and serve patients during the covid-19 time.
