Top notch customer service and office staff is exceptionally helpful. They explained the process down to the core and made it easy to understand. My smile is beyond recognizable, I am so happy I chose them for such a sensitive procedure. I called again after seven months and Yonni or however you spell her name said she just started working for them. Which she is the same one I was speaking with seven months ago and had a problem with. This woman is very unprofessional. She hung up on me seven months ago and said It wasn't her and now she just did it again. Horrible customer service. I request to speak to a Dr. but could never get a call back. I have never dealt with any like her in my life especially in a professional setting. I don't recommend anyone to go here.

Ok Staff however if you plan on doing business with them just know that your "$500" deposit is non refundable even if you go to your appointment and they change the information they provided to you when making your booking. Like quoting you a price after sending pictures in for your smile then after seeing you in person the price changes the plan changes and if you choose not to go with them base on the price increase and the plan change you will not have your money back. Which I think is very much unfair as when paying deposit you pay for what you were told but after appointment when your being told something else that your not comfortable with by all rights your deposit should be refunded. Anyways I hope this may help someone as in the cancellation policy it only states that if you cancel your appointment you will lose your deposit or if your late for the appointment you will lose your deposit if you don't reschedule but there is nothing there stating if the plan change or if there is a price change and you wish not to go with the procedure you will lose the deposit.
