Just called and they referred me to offices that were closed while my son is screaming in pain in the background while in pain. Don't go here!

They are amazing and truly listened to my 11 year old who struggles with the dentist. They spent time getting to know my son and to understand where his fears come from. We scheduled our next appointment in three months so we can finish getting comfortable and cleaning his teeth. Thank you!

We have been taking our child to this place for the last 3 yrs. I think back when Dr. Bhatti was here, and the hygienists from that time, this was a friendly place. But I have two specific complaints now. After our most recent visit, I stopped by to inquire about a particular out of pocket service, and the front office person Leslie is not only just a bad listener, but also someone that keeps interrupting while we're trying to present the facts. She is just out right rude, but interestingly, behaves as though she is calm. The Practice Manager was out of office or on vacation at that time, and Leslie took a message to have that person call me back (this is more than 45 days ago), and I haven't heard from them. The fee is not much, but they way they provide service is the problem. Additionally, maybe Dr. Lance is a good physician, but neither the last time nor this latest visit, it didn't appear like he made our 5-yr comfortable before he started putting his hands in her mouth. He was just ok.

I've been coming here for so long, best experience ever. Doctor Estephan and Masooda are very kind to me and know how to take care of the job! They make me laugh and they are so positive. They are really professional, Thank you!

Can't say enough about this place. Took my kids here for a routine check up again and found the team to be very respectful and felt safe with the COVID protocols they had in place. The nurse was helpful in getting the kids' teeth cleaned and were super friendly. Dr. Lance was also very insightful by providing preventive measures and recommendations to avoid headaches down the road!

Michelle is absolutely amazing! Dr. Cheng is awesome! I hope they realize Michelle's worth to their practice. My daughter is now 10 years old and would not let the dentist or anyone else touch inside her mouth and I paid thousands to have her sedated for anything dental she has needed until now. They set up Desensitizing appointment which we went to our third appointment yesterday and my daughter sat in the chair, had her teeth cleaned, X-rays, Fluoride and let the dentist look in her mouth. My hand in her hand was all she needed from me. I could not be more proud of my daughter but also I can't begin to tell you how blessed I am to have found the best of the best for her. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I guarantee you will be happy.

Paulina and Sophia did an excellent job with my children. They took their time to make sure my children were comfortable and they did a great job cleaning their teeth. It was the end of the day but they still took their time and didn't rush.

I would give Smilez Pediatric Dental Group more than 5 stars. My 4 children are seen here now for over a year and we are totally satisfied with the professionalism, care, and honesty they always show. Always seen on time. Nice people and great staff.

The office staff is pleasant. The dentist Dr. Lance is kind to my child. The hygienist had no patience for my child and spoke to me as if I was uneducated and brainless. The atmosphere is loud due to very loud hygienist. We go to a pediatric dentist because they are supposed to have Patience with children who might have a gag reflex ( which my son has) but there just isn't any. Immediately want to give "laughing gas "just to give my child a cleaning. Will not be going back , will find a dentist office with empathetic hygienists who have patience.

Had my son's first dentist visit at 1.5 with Dr. Cheng today. He and his staff were amazing! From check-in to check-out everyone was so friendly and warm. My son wasn't scared and didn't even cry. The doctor was able to do a full exam and get those pearly whites cleaned in addition to addressing all of my concerns. Great practice for little ones!

Everyone was super nice and easy to talk to! They answered all of my questions and took their time with us! I felt like I had known everyone there for a long time even though we had just met. That's how comfortable they made me feel. We will definitely be returning.
