A few weeks ago, I had an emergency on a Saturday and no one would see me cause they only did appointments only. They were they only ones that was able to fit me in and took care of me. For that I'm grateful for that.

Dr. Smiley is great! It was my daughter's first surgery with his practice and she can't stop smiling at the results. He has the awesome staff that specializes in taking care of children with special needs as well. We are here to stay as long as his doors are open! Thank you Dr. Smiley and staff for being some of the best in the Music City.

It was my daughter's first time being here and she was treated like family and the staff is amazing. They made her feel comfortable like she was at home. And that's hard to do with her. They are even helping me with my dental. This place is amazing

Just left from a new patient appt/cleaning. Don't waste your time. Staff unaware. Long wait time. Stood there to ask a question and was ignored. They chipped my sons tooth and said nothing. Called to cancel the follow up appointment they scheduled with out consulting me and told her we were unsatisfied with the service and to cancel. Wouldn't let me explain why. Said okay and hung up in my face. Worst dental experience ever!

My two sons were referred to Dr. Smiley's office recently. My youngest is extremely apprehensive with dental work and his brother has sensory issues with aspergers and cannot deal with the sounds and feelings from dental tools. So far, only the younger of the two has been seen by Dr. Smiley but I gotta say, the entire team was amazing. Front and back office seemed to work together to make the entire visit as relaxed as possible. Every patient seemed happy to be there. I myself have terrible anxiety in a dentist office but I definitely felt more at ease with this Dr. and team than most I've ever taken my kids to see.

To start off the automated call said 12:30 appointment the first call said 2 then 3rd call said 1pm..... The lady who does the office management or whatever she is was very very rude to us.... Drove two hours to get an x-ray done when supposed to do root canal

Dr Smiley is great! He was completely honest with me from the get go and saved a tooth that I was always told from a previous dentist I was going to lose. The office staff were great too and remembered me by name every time I come into the office.
