Giving it a one star but if I could I would honestly give it a -5 star. I've been there two times for my son's appointments in which neither of those he could be seen, because they told us to call texas Healthcare to change his doctor the first time and it took three hours to do so, then we scheduled him again, we came in the office and they didn't tell us we had to change his doctor again because the one they assigned to him wasn't there to see him, I don't understand why they make and appointment without letting you know that your kids doctor is not going to be there and you have to change it every time he's or she's not there to see him, extremely unprofessional and even worse is that they didn't even tried to understand our situation, I work every day and taking a day off is really hard, just because we look a certain way or we are a different race does not mean we don't have rights, or is illegal to be helped and have the opportunity to get help in order for us Mexican parents to take our kids which are born here in the US and are completely American to get treated, utterly ridiculous and disappointing. Bad and racist place honestly don't go here, take your time to research and go somewhere else for a better treatment, we're not the only Mexican parents that have dealt with this kind of situation at this office.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a dentist! I was so nervous but they constantly talked to me and reassured me that everything was going perfect while I had my tooth pulled. They did all the work with my Medicaid to make sure everything was taken care of..when all this time I avoided a dentist because I thought I couldn't afford it. I paid nothing for the tooth extraction! I'll always recommended them and I'll be switching my kids to this dentist now that I know how amazing they are!

Very friendly people just really sketchy. No communication what so ever told me I need a root canal and said I'd either have to go somewhere or they'd get a specialist to come to the office it's been more than 2 weeks and no one has given me info I've called and they said they would let me know. And they are trying to clean my teeth but not help me get this done when I have been in pain. They need more communication honestly because everyone is telling me different things.

They lost my xrays, tried to take them again without my consent, and tried to work on my teeth before I was even close to being numb. Would not recommend.

I am very satisfied with everything from the customer service,assistants and dentist. They were super nice and patient with my daughter. I would definitely recommend them.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They got us in within 15 minutes of our arrival. And they made my 5 yr old grandson feel at ease. I have never heard so much laughter coming from a dentist chair befor!! Love them!! Highly recommended!!

My grandaughter had her dental appt at smiley starr Dental in paris Texas today of course as usual Paula makes sure appt times work with us shes always asking about everyone when she calls I dont know the little girls name that assisted the doctor today but they were so nice and Kylies appt went great we Love this place paula is amazing at her job.

The staff are always happy and helpful here. They do great work and it doesn't take forever. They are excellent with children as well as adults. Super dentist establishment.

Dr.Q is very comforting. If you aren't comfortable he will make sure that you are before doing anything to you. The ladies are very friendly and make sure you understand what's going on. They know I am a sissy so they make sure I am okay with everything as well. Throughout the procedure the dentist and the tech make sure I am still okay, and if I need a break or not.

Smiley star dental is this best!!! I have been working on my new smile and they have made this a very easy fix!!! They don't judge they do what's best for you and they treat you like family!!!!! The office manager and the dentist doctor Aj I love them they rock
