Dr Kay and Mia make a wonderful team. I had my teeth scaled and was extremely anxious and afraid, it was much better than expected.

Smiley dental saved the day for me! I felt welcome in their office and really appreciated their care and compassion while showing the utmost professionalism throughout the process! I went in with the worst pain I have ever experienced after being sleepless the night before. Wonderfully kind staff and a dentist who WANTS to help you. My tooth extraction was very difficult and painful but they did everything they could to get it out quickly and make it pleasant afterwards.

Great service from start to finish. Was concerned in getting locked in due to one allowed series of x-rays per year with my insurance because this was my first visit. I was very impressed by interaction with everyone as they were not only friendly and courteous but very knowledgeable and caring. The dentist took extra care to make sure that I not only saw my teeth issues but demonstrated and explained the process to correct in detail. At the end of the procedure he then showed me the results of his work. I was very satisfied.

Smiley dental was AMAZING! I was terrified of going but I was in so much pain that I couldn't function. They scheduled me THAT day, we're VERY caring and sweet. Dr. Kay was so wonderful with me as well as his assistant and really EVERYONE in that office. No procedures were done without explaining my insurance and costs. I had 2 extractions done and it was basically painless and so quick! I will be back!

My children recieved excellent service. The staff was attentive and kind. They work with you with the treatment plan. Best dentist I have ever visit. Dr. Kay is the best with a great staff!

The front staff and everyone there was really great! I appreciated them saving the day when another dentist's office had canceled an appointment without a call. I had driven 3 hrs, so it was bad. The dentist was awesome & even follow-up work... ended up being...painless. I am glad I found a great new dentist here in Texarkana at Smiley Dental.
