I love this place. First of all they are very professional and efficient. Dentist are patient with kids, I have 1 adult, 1 teen and a toddler. They ask snd answer questions. My daughter loves it here and so do my older kids.

Smiley Dental has been amazing to me! I had so much work to do and had it not been for the staff and Dr. Park I would not have followed through. Everyone is kind, patient and personable. I can honestly say I have not always had the best experiences with dentist but Dr. Park hands down is the best. He is caring and gentle. 100% recommend!

My kids and I love going to Smiley Dental. The staff crew is amazing and there's never a long wait. I booked all three of my kids an appointment and we were in & out within 35 mins. My youngest is 3 years old. The doctors do an amazing making sure the kids are ok before they start. Very kid friendly

This place has always been good to me but for some reason ever since they changed the staff a few months ago everything went down hill. The service is still manageable as they have nice people working here, but on the time frames is what gets to me. I take time off work to get here on time for my appt and yet they take over an hour to see you. I only come here for my ortho treatment but before the most it would take was half an hour to be seen and now it's OVER an hour. I think they over book people and can't keep up with everyone in a timely manner. That's very inconsiderate of everyone's time.

If I could give this place 0 stars that is what I would rate it. The worst service ever. They are always late for appointments. We waited 1hour and 20 mins to be seen . Our appointment was at 5:00 . My daughter didn't get takin back till 6:20. But let it be us who are late and forget it the office will be quick to say no we are sorry but you will get rescheduled. We only will allow 15 min window. What a joke this place is. Absolutely do not recommend anyone to go here.

I was in a great amount of pain for two days. Nearly in tears. My sister made an apt for me at this dentist office and I was blown AWAY with how friendly the staff is, and even friendly doctor who basically implored me to ask question (the staff as well!) The dentist office I grew up with in lubbock pales in GREAT comparison to this place. [UPDATED] As a photographer (who's main source of business is...pictures..) their sign to not take pictures is the reason I'm taking two stars away from them. Still an awesome dentist office, but if you're looking to take pictures RIGHT after getting your teeth cleaned, you better do it in your car and not the lobby.

I love it here. Everyone is friendly and so nice even tho they are busy at times. The staff still treat u good and well taking care of. The dentist take their time on you. Not going to lie I still get nervous on going to the dentist at times but I feel like I am almost done with the hard parts of my mouth. anyways I will highly recommend to friends and family and who every reading this.. so I thank them
