This was a great office, but after COVID it has not been the same. They have good customer service unfortunately the issue is that the office is not keeping their set appointments. They have rescheduled me multiple times and the last straw was when I showed up to my appointment and the office was closed. Then the main office said that my appointment had not been set for the day I showed up, but the following week.

Staff members are extremely nice and make the visit as awesome as always! They're also very informative and help walk you through the process in an efficient manner. I've never had any problems here and definitely recommended this place to anyone!

My biggest complaint was that when I left after my cleaning my teeth still felt dirty but I top of that it was very unorganized and there was absolutely no privacy. The exam rooms had no doors and I could see and hear what was going on with other people from the waiting room.

My favorite dental place to go to in the area! Staff is very welcoming & friendly. My dental hygienist is the best & treats me very well as a patient. I've never had any problems coming here & would recommend this place to my family & friends! Come get your teeth cleaned by the very best!

I've NEVER had a good experience at Smiley and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Its not the actual doctors though, its always the front office staff. They are the worst, very rude and unapologetic when they mess up/make mistakes. The office is horribly run, the staff is rude and never take accountability for their mistakes. They love to blame the patients for things that go wrong on their part and then when you ask to speak with corporate, they give you the wrong number on purpose and it ends up being the customer service/call center line. But my thing is, if you're truly doing your job correctly, why would you care if someone calls corporate on you?! That's how you know that they know what they're doing and how they treat patients is wrong and they don't want it reported. I only stay because of Dr. Navarro (Orthodontist). Him and his team are the best. They explain things well and always treat you with kindness and respect. If there is an issue, his assistant Ms. Dora will immediately fix/correct it or point you in the right direction to solve your problem. I've never had a problem with him or any member of his staff When I tried to leave Smiley Dental and go directly to his office to be seen, he was yelled at and accused of stealing patients (because apparently, Im not the only patient who has left Smiley to go to Dr. Navarro or somewhere else). I even had to get on a conference call with someone from higher up with Smiley and tell them that me wanting to leave had nothing to do with Dr. Navarro telling me to or persuading me to. It was the horrible staff and all the problems that I've had. The sad part is, the Irving location has had new staff in and out of there since I started going there in 2020 (right before the pandemic) and I've only dealt with 2 people that didn't have an attitude or get smart with me after they made an error or was misinformed. If you can help it, don't waste your time with Smiley (the Irving, TX location) because it has been nothing but a headache since I've been there. Im just glad my treatment is almost over.

My teeth are crooked after braces. The lady who did my retainer made me cry. My retainer hurts me and it's like the 3rd one I had to get. They take forever as well . I hate this place don't go

I've been going to this dentist for almost two years. They've always been polite, respectful, and answer any questions you may have. They also call to do a follow up reminder of your appointment. I love Smiley Dental!

Hands down, the staff is one of the best of any dental location in the area. Jessica and Gaby took their time to make me feel comfortable in the clinic and walked me through my treatment plan. Jazmine and Diana greeted me in the front as I waited for the doctor. This clinic is a must-go for any new patients. The staff works with you and do not rush you into anything. I highly recommend Smiley Dental!
