I had an appointment at this location today. It was by far the worse and most excruciating experience at a dentist. It took over four hours to get an extraction, but not after my jaw bone was damaged and several stitches throughout my gum line. Emily was the doctor performing this nightmare. Finaly, an other doctor had to step in. I wound not recommended this clinic to anyone.

Today this afternoon I had appointment at 2:00PM with Smiley Dental & orthodontics at 3624 shepherd lane in balch springs tx 75180. I had a terrible experience with the doctor Emily. It took all 4 hr to extract the teeth from my mother mouth. I am shocked from what I've seen, doctor Emily cut my mom's gum wide open and damaged the bone structure as well until that we called for help another doctor which his name was Chris and he did the sewing and the extraction of the teeth. The emotional pain was unbearable. Also I was pretty much scared for my mother's life which I didn't knew what the outcome was going to be.

I came all the way from louisiana just to have my teeth cleaned my Mr. Khai pham. He understands how my gums can be sensitive so he goes above and beyond to make sure i am as comfortable as possible. 10/10 would recommend!!

I had a wonderful experience at smiley dental. You feel very welcome when you come in, great staff and great impression. Went in for a tooth ache due to having pain for about 2 days . I'm please to say Dr. Chris is very knowledgeable and has magic hands. I will for sure come back, no more tooth ache for me. I very happy to say will for bring in my kid to have Dr.chris do his dental cleaning.

I love this dental office, Dr. Chris is such an awesome dentist. He is a very experienced doctor in the dental field, would highly recommend to any one looking for a dental clinic. The staff is very caring, they will treat you like family.

Came in for my dental check up, its been a while... and the front staff were so friendly! All smiles they love to joke around with you and they explained my treatment so well! I usually get confused at other places. And Dr.chris was so nice and Answered all my question with no hesitation, very knowledgeable! 100/10

Have been taking my son to this location every 6 months since he was a baby (5 years old now) & always has have great experiences. The staff is very patient & happy to work with small children.
