Based on my experience coming to this location I can confirm that they need a lot of room for improvement. When I started my braces treatment 3 years ago I was excited about the end result of my treatment. The orthodontist finally chose to take my braces off and I had trusted that it was the appropriate time to get them removed. However, a little after I started noticing aspects of my smile that made me realize I wasn't satisfied with my results. I asked them if I needed any check-up appointment after and they said I didn't. I also asked if they were going to show me the before and after pictures and they said no. Besides, my first set of retainers was not made properly and it caused my teeth to shift slightly. I communicated this problem with smiley and bought a second set of retainers. When I went back to get my second set of retainers they had trouble making them. More than two people attempted but failed. I finally got my second set of retainers, but they still could have been made better. In order to receive the first set of retainers you have to sign a fee indicating you will pay the said price for a replacement, but they never included that you'd have to pay a different price if it changed resulting in me having to give them more money. Also having to go somewhere else to get my teeth fixed. That wasn't the only issue I have with Smiley either, throughout the time of my two-year treatment I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early or on time for my appointment, but I always got attended to over an hour or more after my appointment time and still had to wait more time after they seated me. I even had incidents where my appointment was not booked at the proper time or booked at all. I spent a lot of money and time for these issues to not be addressed. I took it upon myself to contact this Smiley location and their corporate office regarding their services yet I was neglected not receiving any form of communication from them after attempting for over six months. It truly comes to show that they do not care about their customers. Don't waste your time coming here.

Our experience was great. We had the pleasure of getting Elisa today to help do cleaning and walking us through all the steps and X-ray scans which was wonderful, she's so gentle and friendly with such a bubbly personality! My daughter was so comfortable with her we hope to get her again next visit in 6 months.

Horrible experience!!! made me waste my time, I was looking for someone to fix my permanent retainer after being on the phone with them for 20 min they scheduled me in told they can take care of me had me drive 40 min get to the office charged me $250 then ended up telling me they can't help me never again garbage can of a establishment

i wish i could give it a 0, this place WILL HURT YOU, i go to this place regularly and i aways hear a bunch of kids crying and screaming that they are hurt but they don't do anything to help those kids, many times i go there for cleaning they aways use the high speed drills and i aways left the room with blood everywhere, they will countlessly drill your tongue more than 8 times because of an "accident" and let me tell you, it's the worst thing ever, so for or ortho when you get braces 1st they overcharge you and 2nd they don't do anything at all and 3rd all of the gum below your teeth will get stabbed 3 cm deep and it will hurt for 4 months.so basically, you are better off letting a dog being your dentist

just came last week and the service was great, fast and easy.. doctor was very informative about my procedure. young woman Nicole came in to do my treatment plan and explained the price and how I could do two payments. and they offer care credit as well.. Viviana checked me out and had worked around my very busy schedule.. will for sure be coming back.

I have been coming here since 2019 with no issues but Today there was a new person there with pink scrubs who mostly laughed and spoke Spanish while working with me which is okay. she gave me rubber bands I asked what teeth do I put them on and all she did was speak Spanish to a guy and all he said was see you next month. Then when I get home and look in the mirror I see my braces colors are two different colors on the top and the bottom. That was done without my consent because if I knew this then I would've picked a different color all together. I need an appointment to change this because I don't have time for my teeth to look weird

I have been taking my kids there for many years, we only go twice a year and every time the appt you have to wait 45 minutes to an hour. What is the purpose of an appt if they never services you within a reasonable time? Many times I have asked them why Hispanics that come in get to be seen after I have arrived. I was told many of times because they're getting something else done. It doesn't matter what service you getting, it takes up the dentist time and pushes my appt further back. Other family members goes there as well and have experienced same issues. DON'T TAKE YOUR FAMILY THERE...BEWARE!
