Dr. Sharafi has earned many scholastic achievements during his remarkable training. He received his doctoral degree of dental surgery from the University of Southern California, where he graduated at the top of his class and was honored with membership in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Sharafi knew at a very young age that through cosmetic dentistry, he could change peoples lives. His charismatic nature coupled with his reputable approach is the foundation of his flourishing practice.
Dr. Dadkhah is a board-certified pediatric dentist. She is an honored graduate of the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at University of Southern California, where she was inducted as a member to OKU National Dental Honor Society for excellence in academic achievements. She earned her pediatric dentistry specialty certificate from University of Maryland School of Dentistry.
Her experience in the dental field spans over 10 years, during which time her desire and aptitude for working with children and those with special needs has become more and more evident. She is a member in good standing with the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association. She has two energetic young daughters and the family resides in Fairfax county.
Dr. Lin obtained his dental degree from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine (Summa Cum Laude) and received numerous awards including being selected as a member in the Omicron Kappa Opsilon National Dental Honor Society. After graduating from dental school, he further pursued training in the field of periodontology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine for three years where he also obtained his masters in oral biology. At graduation, he received the Directors Award (given to only one resident a year), based on his clinical and academic excellence. Dr. Lin also obtained his diplomate status with the American Board of Periodontology soon after graduation. After practicing for three years as a periodontist in private practice, Dr. Lin decided to further his education by doing a two-year fellowship in implant periodontal prosthesis at University of Maryland School of Dental Surgery and is now back in private practice after he finished his fellowship.

Since my kids already go there (and they are amazingly patient with my 2 under 5), I went there for my dental exam and treatment too. Unfortunately I had a small cavity. On the plus side, the team was great. Cyrus, especially, took care to explain everything and try to put me at ease. As much as no one likes having a cavity filled, the team made it as good as it could be. Thank you!

I went there with my two daughters 5 and 20 month old for the first time and everything was good. The most amazing thing was that this was the only one pediatric dentist around reston and herndon who agreed to merge two appointments (first time check up + treatment). Yes I spent 3 hrs but I got two daughters checked and treated in the same day! It is time saving! when u have two kids and job to go to dentist several times for both kids and considering u need to book appointments months ahead, it is really time consuming. Thank you for this center for understanding my situation! On top of above, Reception was helpful and friendly and nice. The doctor explained everything in details patiently, examination results, options of treatment and applied filling to my daughter nicely. My oldest daugher didnt cry at all when she was receiving fillings... I guess doctor's positive talking helped. I also liked that they told me about the prices, copay i would have to pay for treatment before actually doing treatment without waiting for several days for it. Only thing I would say as suggestion would be maybe to add little more toys and candies for kids after treatment and add some toys in waiting room!

I've been bringing my kids here for years, and have always had a good experience! The staff are all very friendly and work great with the kiddos. They currently have two locations in Sterling & Alexandria. I definitely recommend if you're new to the area or looking for a new pediatric dentist.

We brought our daughters (ages 2 and 3.5) for an annual appointment. The office waiting room is welcoming and nicely decorated, so my kids were instantly at ease. The hygienists and the dentist were all very kind and reassuring to ease our daughters' fears. They have tvs mounted above the examination seats that helped my girls stay positively distracted. Check in, cleaning, and annual check for both were completed very efficiently within 20 minutes total. Definitely recommend
