Staff and Dr. very pleasant. Everything was explained in detail for my estimate and I completely understood. My daughter told me about Smiletastic and how nice they are. She was completely right. I will spread the word. Great experience.

I been having some Periodontics issues with my teeth and mouth. Dr. Walters suggested I see a Periodontist for a consult, so I found one through my Dental insurance. The one that I went through wanted a whole lot more work, then what i needed and to be honest it scared me. I called the office Manager Sheree and she took over for me, I sent her a copy of the other dentist treatment plan She called the Periodontist office for me and showed Dr. Tracy the plan. Needless to say I went back to Dr. Walters. and he will be able to help me with my issues. Thank you Sheree and Dr. Walters you guys are the best. This is a dentist office that truly cares about their patients . I would and will recommend them to anyone and everyone needing a dentist.

Here's my story in a nutshell.... I started seeing this dentist when I was pregnant with my third child, I had never been to the dentist prior so I really had no idea what to expect. I obviously needed a lot of work and continue to see him throughout my pregnancy and throughout last year and some of this year. He never really made me feel comfortable or safe I always had the worst anxiety before seeing him and I believe this is because of the way he speaks to his patients. He is very rude and degrading. He would say things like "what are you doing here" and "you got my 5 bucks"... Now I'm no prude but I feel that he came off wrong. The main reason I'm writing this review is because of one tooth in particular. He gave me a filling in one of my jaw teeth and I felt pain immediately following. I would then return to the office for a cleaning and other feelings I may have needed and I would tell him about this pain I was having. First time he checked the bite and dismissed me. Second time I believe he said it was related to my wisdom teeth shifting that's why I was having the pain, that I should use a different toothpaste and that would help. So I did I switched toothpaste and it kind of helped but I would still feel pain. Third time he said it just needed time to heal from the filling. I let sometime pass and then I started to feel pain in my gums and noticed swelling in them so I made another appointment. He told me that my teeth we're having a reaction to allergies. He asked me if I had been sick and I said no. He then asked the assistant if I sounded sick to her I can't remember what she said but he continued on about it being related to allergies. I thought that was strange but I'm not a dentist so I went on home. Within a week I grew a very large abscess. I then contacted the office manager and told her what was going on. She got me in right away the doctor saw me put me on antibiotics and told me that I needed a root canal. By this time I feel that he was neglectful and I decided to get a second opinion. My new dentist said nearly all the bone had disintegrated in that area in The Roots were deteriorating as well. He recommended that I remove it because "not a root canal in the world could save that tooth" and doing a root canal would only be "throwing money in a paper shredder". I feel as if Dr. Walters never had my best interest in mind. I feel that he was only doing things that would make him more money. I hope this review is enough to keep other people from making the same mistake as I did when I chose to see him. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS DENTIST. I only wish the option for zero stars were available to accurately portray the way that I feel. And don't even get me started on the way he talks to his staff! Rude. Rant over...

I would like to start by saying that if I could give zero stars I would and that Dr. Walters is very sarcastic, rude and degrading. Second of all, they have assistants doing the cleanings in which one failed to floss my sons teeth during a 6 month check-up/cleaning. When I questioned her about it, she stated he did not need his teeth flossed. First of all he is only 10 years old and has braces, he most certainly needs his teeth flossed and second whether it's absolutely needed or not this is just normal routine at any dentist for anyone. Let's all be honest, who doesn't need a good flossing when most of us don't do it on a regular basis like we should? This in itself blew my mind. Then, the dentist comes in, checks the patient beside us then fails to come check my son and leaves. After waiting over an hour just sitting staring at the walls and in the process my child has lost all patience and begging to leave, the office manager comes in questioning about us still being there. So finally the dentist comes in almost 2 hours after our appointment time and says "ok, ok, ok, I'm sorry I got stuck in a procedure." First of all that is far from a sincere apology when you start off sarcastically with 3 ok's. I also asked the office manager if they even had actual hygienists and she said yes but only one. She then told me that dental assistants can do the cleanings on children 12 and under. However, I watched one of their assistants clean a much older gentlemens teeth while I sat in the exam room for over an hour waiting. This office is extremely incompetent and unprofessional. Oh and may I add that the dentist six months ago expressed a concern for something that he stated may have to be corrected later on. Since this visit my son has had partial braces put on. Today, 6 months later I questioned him about it in which I noticed it was getting worse. He tells me it's normal and it's only because of his braces that he now has. Hmmmm, so six months ago when he didn't have braces this was a concern and now he has braces and it's normal? What an absolute embarrassing joke... All I can say is Sebring's finest!!!

I love this office and the staff. Been taking my 11 year old for some time now and never once have had any issues. It's always a very welcoming and warm, friendly environment. I always feel like Im kept informed on my daughter's teeth and progress and Dr Walter's is a character. We Definitely appreciate them a whole bunch!

This place is very incompetent and rude. You can't tell your patients there is no hygienist since January 2021 till October 2021 and then try to schedule them to come in pay extra money because of the incompetence of the staffing. It just doesn't make any sense unless you are trying to scam people for money .

I do not recommend this dentist at all, he is terrible, I just had a filling and I am struggling with the pain in my teeth that were fixed 6 months ago, they are only interested in charging you money. My husband was after me and is in the same. Sebring is full of dentists do not fall into their hands.

DDS PA Walters' staff was nothing but kind, friendly, competent, and extremely efficient, the complete opposite of this dentist. He was rude and disrespectful. I've been to many dentists. When they are unable to do the work, they're candid about it and either suggest more specialized dentists or they just let me know they cannot work on my teeth because, unlike most patients, have complicated roots. Unlike the other dentists, he did not say that he could not work on my teeth. He didn't mention my roots, which all other dentists have been quick to address. It seems to me, he might have been trying to deflect from his level of expertise to provide care for my teeth. He suggested a bridge. I wanted to have a cavity dealt with first. I asked if I had a cavity or if I required a root canal. After an awkward pause and disgruntled stare, he said I had a cavity and that "he had noted it." I wanted to get the cavity dealt with first -- it hurts. He was more interested in the bridge, claiming the lack of one causes the pain. I felt bullied and lectured, like a 3-year-old. He accused me of criticizing past dentists and claimed no one would work on my teeth because of my attitude. It was rude and disrespectful. His bedside manners are horrid and I'm glad he won't work on my teeth because, as he said, he's not the dentist for me.

If I could give a zero stars, I would!! The Doctor was very rude to me the first day I came in. He said "who are you, Do you have any money?" He told the nurse my Xrays looked like a Bird, imagine all the feathers sticking out of her head. Such a jerk! He only cared about the money. My next appt to get my teeth cleaned and they pushed the appt out for 4 months because the hygienist quit. No wonder she quit! When I transferred to a new dentist, He came out to confront me myself again asking "Who are you?! Don't ever come back" .... Great Sales expertise- NOT!!! Do not ever go there- take yourself somewhere where they make you feel great and take care of you.
