Doctor was a sweetheart she said she can do what I wanted and set it up and her front deck lady was mad cause I didn't have to pay she tried saying my insurance won't do that which was a lie then she said 3 weeks for a authorization which she didn't need and never did it's been over a month

Had an implant done, before the process even started I asked if my insurance would be covering it, they said yes no patient responsibilities. So went ahead with the process, after the oral surgeon completed their part I called smiles on wellwood back to make the appointment for my crown. For them to tell me it would be 650 dollars out of pocket. Long story short they told my insurance they were doing one thing (which wasn't even the work being done) to later find out from the receptionist they only requested that through insurance because they would get more money out of them. Which is fraud, but anyways I wouldn't trust them stay far away.

Dr. Suri is great, very gentle, no pain. I was welcomed to smiles on wellwood with no judgment of my history of significant dental work. I had not been to the dentist in about 10 years. Raquel the hygienist is so sweet and kind and knowledgeable about her craft. Dolores at the front desk runs a tight ship and is great with following up with your insurance and making sure you know what's covered and what's not. Jessica was great also, so polite and assuring! For someone who hadn't had a cleaning in 10 years I have since had 3 in the last year because I finally feel comfortable and without judgment under Dr. Suri and her staffs care.

Don't even bother calling. The receptionist, Dolores, was one of the rudest I've ever experienced. Calling as a new patient, she refused to even give me information on when I would be able to get an appointment before I changed my primary dentist to that office, even when I explained to her that I wouldn't want to assign a dentist unless I could get an appointment soon. If the nearest appointment is in 3 months why would I bother?? Rude receptionists are the #1 reason I wouldn't visit an office. Such a shame.

I'm not young.. been to many dentists. I have to say that Dr Suri and her entire staff are BY FAR the best bunch of dental professionals I've ever gone to. I know that people are motivated to leave reviews when they have had a bad experience... and I guess every business has a few bad experiences, but I've been to 4 visits over the past year. Not always with the same person... and I've always felt well cared for and very comfortable. I've never been made to wait long... DrSuri explains every move she is about to make... her front office has been up front and straight forward about insurance requirements. It's never fun going to the dentist, but at least now I've finally found a good one. Highly Recommend

Rude, unprofessional. Stay away, no respect for patients time. They lied and tried to get 800 from us and when i asked a question i was told to get out after waiting and hour n half

Absolutely horrible! Dentist doesn't know how to do a proper crown, my crown fell off 2 DAYS after she put it in! I lost count how many my temporary fell! Please do not waste your time and money like I did

After 25 years my dentist retired and referred all of his patients to Dr. Suri's office. I strongly think that he made a big mistake. Because, Dr. Suri neith has the ability or the knowledge of a good dentist. She charged me $1000 dollars to build an upper flipper for me. Something that my old dentist would have made for fractions of the price and in maximum of two sessions. After going to Dr. Suri for seven deferent times I'm still not comfortable using the partial she made for me and I can not use it. It hurts my gum when I put it on. So I wasted a $1000 and seven times that I went to her office all for nothing. Do your self a fever and find a different dentist. Even the lady that does the scheduling in the front office is not nice she is conniving and has no empathy for the patiences time and life. I wasted two months of my time and $1000 to realize that this dental office can't even fabricate a simple flipper.

After waiting 40 minutes in the waiting room I sat another hour in the dentist chair . I ask a person working there how much longer the person told me the dentist is in the next room. I called the front desk on my phone.they told me I don't know and put me on hold. I WALKED OUT. UNPROFESSIONAL & DISRESPECTFUL

Best dentist I've ever been too. The staff is very friendly and does not push products on you like my last dentist. They always try to help you out with the best price. I would highly recommend.

Have a needle phobia which was mad perfectly clear to the receptionist as well as the dentist. After the consultation and beingassured and a promise of not feeling a needle. I agreed and went in the dentist making it abundantly clear it would be a deal breaker I was repeatedly assured "no one feels my needles and if you do the procedure would be free" the first injection was painful but I decided to stay even though the dentist was now dismissisive to my needs and arrogant. He then decided to take needle and shove it in the palet if my mouth and he was upset when I pushed his hand away? Really? I never asked for a discount and he decided treat me like an animal stay clear of this plaxe
