I had a chipped front tooth and went in for an exam. Saw Dr. Sunny and Vanessa.. they were amazing. Very helpful and provided all information necessary. Dr. Sunny filled my tooth and it looks sooo natural. Beyond greatful! Thank you

What an amazing Dental Office! Every employee is extremely helpful and compassionate. I have to give a special shout out to Gabby, the Office Manager. She is extremely helpful with explaining my insurance coverage and scheduling my kids and myself so that we can all be seen at the same time, not an easy feat with there being 5 of us! My family has been coming here for a long time, and every visit as been wonderful!

We love this office. Always very proactive in getting my children scheduled for their routine cleanings. Everyone there is very friendly. I have 3 boys who are patients here and have been for years. They've never complained once of pain, discomfort, etc. The Dr always comes out to talk with me and explain any findings after each apt. etc. Highly recommend.

Look for update at bottom. Always very helpful and understanding. For me yes I'm a big baby when it comes to any dental work. They take there time to make sure I'm happy. Also one time they where out of power and hi take ins cab rides when I got there the cab refuse to take me back so I was stuck and it was raining the Staff was nice and allowed me to sit inside and one of them even gave me a ride to woodland so I didn't get wet and then they got there power back and called to come back so I could still have my appt. I would 100%RecommendSmiles on Randall RoadThey truly care about their patients. Update as of 9/13/2022 I had another great service. This time the doctor did really good job with the Novocaine shots very little pain. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would give 10 starts.

Ok seriously loved them! First time taking my 2 1/2 year old and they were amazing from front desk to the assistant to the Dr. I was scared he was going to cry but because they were so nice making conversation he was so comfortable and I appreciate that. I'm going to make an appt for myself. I really appreciate offices that are humble nice and welcoming, thank you !

Would highly recommend this place if you have children they are so good with kids my six-year-old laid there while he got his teeth clean watch the movie! Lol I'm able to book double appointments for both my kids and not have to worried about how one kid is doing while I sit with the other kid because they are that good with children here! I wish I could rate 10/10!

Dr.Enberg and Shelby are the absolute best! All the staff working here are incredible! My daughter always requests Shelby as she makes her feel so comfortable and walks her through every step to reassure her everything is okay! So blessed to have found this dentist and have been for years!! Thanks always Smiles(:

Went in for the first time for a regular preventative visit and cleaning. Staff were welcoming and everyone who knew it was my first time welcomed me. They did say that I would have to come back a separate day for the cleaning, but when I mentioned that it would be difficult for me to do that they were accommodating and were able to make sure I could get my cleaning done at that same time.

I have had such a great experience every time I have attended Smiles on Randall! The staff worked with my insurance and has been more than welcoming! 10/10 would recommend!

Best Dental office I been too in years. All staff is super friendly and great Drs! flexible hours and reasonable prices. I highly recommend this office to all my family and friends no doubt. Hard to believe all the bad reviews I had never had an issue with this office. Thanks Smiles on Randall .

Totally happy with my experience at smiles on randall... I was in a bad position for years with my teeth. Lost my confidence, smile and spirit... Smiles on Randall gave it all back thr procedure was just so convenient and quick within months I had a a beautiful smile back and I'm as happy as ever.. thank you so much smiles on randal.. totally recommend to all...

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Eadie. He really helped me with a terrible extraction. That being said I will never EVER return to this place. As good as some of the dentists are, it's not worth having to deal with the majority of the dental staff. I've never been treated so poorly, especially by someone labeled "manager". I was yelled at for questioning why they were performing more than what was discussed. Never once during our argument did I yell or swear, but the same can't be said for the deplorable staff. I was told by the manager "so glad you're pregnant and miserable!" I have that recorded as well. Save yourself the visit and go elsewhere. It's not worth it
