Following graduation from dental school, Dr. Santiago Del Toro completed an internship and General Practice Residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Puerto Rico, Medical Science Campus.
Dr. Zuleima Santiago Del Toro is an energetic, sociable, and bilingual proud Puerto Rican. She spent the past 12 years dedicated to the oral health education in the countries of Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and now in Iowa. Her motivation in life is helping others and giving back the confidence that a smile can only give. She is also a Disney fanatic, so dont be surprised if she occasionally brings a bit of Disney Magic to the office.

All staff (front office, hygienist, dentist) were all kind and accommodating. My cleaning was quick and efficient, but thorough. My treatment plan was well communicated. Very thankful to find this team!

Everything was excellent. Kayla my Dental Hygienist was wonderful. And Dr Santiago is a sweetheart. All of the up front staff are wonderful. This practice I would recommend to everyone.

I went to Smiles on Delaware for the first time today, and had a great experience. All of the staff were super friendly and I was in and out way faster than I would've expected. The online appointment scheduling and texting to communicate is super handy.

My husband was having issue with a tooth and we needed to get in somewhere fast. We call Smiles on Delaware and they were able to get him and myself in the next week. It was great service! They did not pressure us into getting some items fixed on our teeth and they have been amazing with any other questions and concerns we have coming from other dentist. I will go here from now on and will recommend this place to everyone. Thanks Dr. Santiago!

I called this morning about a broken tooth, I was able to get in for an inspection...ends up I needed to have tooth pulled. Now I'm home resting. Everything is Fine!
