Doctor Reese has achieved a high level of postgraduate education and has been awarded the prestigious Mastership award by the Academy of General Dentistry. This practice is very capable in providing comprehensive general dentistry as well as advanced techniques in implant and esthetic dentistry.
Dr. David Reese grew up in Reading, Pennsylvania and graduated from Gettysburg College in 1975. He met his wife Alden in college and they were married in 1976. Dr. Reese then attended and graduated from the University Of Maryland School Of Dentistry in 1981 and elected to continue his education with a hospital-based residency following his graduation at University Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.
Dr. Reese has devoted a great deal of time to dental education and attributes his enthusiasm in the field to learning the newest techniques. The Academy of General Dentistry provides world-class dental training and Dr. Reese has seized these opportunities. He devoted time to earn a Fellowship from the AGD in 1989 followed by the prestigious Mastership award in 1997. Dr. Reese also served on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania chapter of the Academy of General Dentistry from 2006-2010. He was elected president of the PAGD in 2009, and has served two terms as president of the Hanover-Gettysburg Area Dental Society.

Dr. Andrew Reese was born and raised in the Hanover area. He is a graduate of Delone High School and The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. During his studies in Williamsburg, he met his wife Amanda. Pursuing an interest in dentistry, Dr. Reese graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 2009.
Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Reese opted to attend and complete a two-year dental residency program at the Hunter Holmes McGuire Veterans Affairs Medical Centerin Richmond,Virginia. While there, he provided comprehensive dental care for disabled veterans in a hospital setting. During this residency, Dr. Reese received advanced training in dental surgical procedures including placement and restoration of dental implants as well as the integration of dental rehabilitation and medical treatment.

The Severt & Duttera family has been going here for over 20 years! The dentists have always been great and the dental hygienists are all very personal and typically remember you and your family. The establishment is on Broadway which is a one way street. Parking is in the rear and is accessible via Chestnut street which is another oneway or you can use a side alley located to the right of the building. There is Handicap parking as well as a handicap entrance.

Dr. Reese is great and has an eye for detail! I've been coming here for about 5 years and everyone is always warm and friendly. The office is spotless and comfortable. I've had 2 fillings done with no issues. Highly recommend.

I've been to a handful of dentists throughout my life. My previous dentist was a practitioner at a dental chain covered by my dental insurance. It was not until this experience that I truly came to appreciate how fortunate I had been to have kind, competent dentistry throughout my childhood and early adulthood. My previous dentist at the dental chain was rude, frequently late and often left me questioning her competence. It was this experience that led me to search elsewhere for competent, kind dental care. Today, I am extremely fortunate to call Smiles on Broadway my dentist office. The entire staff is kind, courteous and affable. Most important, however, is the top-notch dental care that I receive and the confidence I have in the both Drs. David and Andrew Reese. I drive nearly an hour for each visit but the drive is well worth it. I would highly recommend Smiles on Broadway to anyone, especially those who are looking for highly skilled, honest, thoughtful care.

Smiles on Broadway will have you tap dancing your way out of the dentist. They are the friendliest dental professionals I have ever had handle my teeth. I'm a smoker who had horrible plaque on my lower teeth and they removed it faster than I could want another cigarette. I also had a few cavities that they took care of efficiently and professionally. The new kid learned a lot about how to friendly and efficiently take care of his father's patients and is certainly an asset to his father's legacy. The entire staff makes the office feel like the home it resides in.

Oh my goodness, where do I start, you have been so good to me and my family over the years. I was missing a tooth in the back and Doctor David Reese put a new one in, it was on the end so no bridge, very difficult to be done and he did it! It lasted like 15 yrs and it was thought to last about 8, wow. Our son is missing 4 teeth in the front, he was born that way and Doctor Andrew Reese is going to do his mouth work, all we have to say is great words for this practice. Everyone who works there is so kind and very good to us too. I have been going to Doc since I was 15, my hubby since we were married and our two sons since they were able to go to the dentist, and my mom, whom Doc helped so much also.. So I recommend them very highly! You will be well pleased.

In recent months, I changed dentists and having known Dave Reese, DDS for many years and being aware of his excellent reputation, I chose his practice. Beginning with my first visit, I have been very satisfied with his and his staff's work as well as his willingness to take some time to discuss with me potential problems I may face in the future with my very old teeth.
