Very incompetent staff, including Dr. Madhavi Gadde who doesn't have the knowledge or skill to be considered anything more than a complete waste of a degree. Doesn't know anything about teeth or oral hygiene and is too cheap to hire staff to properly clean teeth. Poor bedside manner and poor knowledge competency. Scam location and incompetent staff and doctor a complete utter disgrace. Should be shut down ASAP!

One of the best experiences I have had in a dental office. Her staff quickly rescheduled my appointment that I missed in the morning. The cleaning and exam were quick, professional, and she answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this practice.

Smiles of Westmont really it's a excellent clinic. Dr.Madhavi did my partial so good, I am so happy. We cannot see such a good Dr like Madhavi .Before I met Madhavi I went to 2 Doctors they said they cannot do partial for me. This place they did good job.Excellent Customer Service.

Awesome place, staff & Dr Gadde is very friendly and very nice, polite, and happy to help you get the best service. They are very committed to deliver the best service possible to their patients. With the covid-19 protocol, they exceeded the expectations. They take good care of their patients and really care about their health. With the sanitary environment I highly recommend!

Excellent experience with Dr. Gadde and her wonderful staff! They are patient and kind in addition to being highly skilled. I had a range of dental problems when I found them. Dr. Gadde quickly assessed the needs and developed a comprehensive dental plan to resolve all the issues which included a root canal, an implant (needing new bone growth), caps and a bridge. Couldn't be more pleased with the look and condition of my teeth today, due to the expertise and kindness of Dr. Gadde and staff. I feel lucky to be in good hands here for all my dental needs.

Excellent Service....Dr Gadde is Very Knowledgeable and Thorough With Her Explanation of Requirements, Treatments, and Follow-up. She also employs an Excellent Staff that Assists with the Treatment and know Specialists that can do Special Types of Surgeries. They also are very good at Dealing with Insurance Companies. Highly Recommended

We have always received the best care at Smiles of Westmont. The staff, especially Tracy, is always professional, personable and helpful with insurance and other questions. Dr. Gadde takes the time to answer questions and I never feel rushed. Been coming here for many years and always feel like part of the family. They are always accommodating and flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments and they send reminders when an appointment is approaching. I recommend them to everyone!

I chipped a tooth and am weighing my options on fixing. Today I had 2 quadrants deep cleaned. I need a lot of work done but she took pics and showed me exactly why and where, creating trust. I've been oversold by past dentists and I think she sensed that. I'm impressed with them. I only wish the tv was on,i get less nervous about dental work when tv in. I'll request it formy next work.

Great service. Very friendly staff. Had a root canal on a Sunday. Didn't feel a thing. Went back for the crown and everything went well. I will definitely be going back for a cleaning.

Great staff, friendly, informative! Wish I would have brought my kids here when they were going through their teenage years, as they would have done a much better job! Clean and professional! I would recommend them to everyone!

Very unprofessional. I had an appointment for which I received a reminder as recently as yesterday. I took time off work and showed up and the office was closed. I had no voicemail, text message or other indication that they attempted to contact me. Definitely will not return and if you value your time or like good communication, I'd consider going elsewhere. I see now looking through reviews that this is a common theme. Unfortunate.

Unprofessional, rude! I was late 10min, and that was a problem, then she told me that I need to pay for cleaning even if I have the insurance. But when I was waiting for the kids appointment 15min, that was fine.

My review is a tad late as I went From being very displeased and not wanting to return to irate with the care after seeking a new dentist. My appointment was rescheduled 2 different times as the dentist had back to back emergencies with her daughter. My 3rd attempt at an appointment the woman that checked me in had fake nails. She then took my x-rays AND cleaned my teeth with fake nails on. The dentist left before the x-rays and cleaning were complete and I was told she'd review the x-rays the following day and call me. I hadn't heard from her and 3 days later called. I had A crack in a molar that she didn't want to do anything with. She claimed all could be done was a root canal and crown once I "experiences pain." Seemed very very odd to me and I pushed And questioned, she insisted wait until there's pain. I had an HMO dental plan at the time. Finally got the second and third opinion and it should have had a filling to keep cavities/further breaking from occurring. She was lazy, she was unconcerned for others time and a sloppy subpar dentist driven by money.
