This office is wonderful they are friendly and explain the procedure to you. They make you feel comfortable and when you have an emergency the are prompt to see you. My experience here has been great.

One of my biggest fear was removing my wisdom teeth. I had an infection and it was really bad. The dentist was so nice he took me right in and made me feel comfortable. Everyone was so sweet. I definitely recommend. They are amazing and patient and helped me thru everything.

The hygienist was lovely, but the front staff and the dentist were horrible. The front staff were very rude, took people who came in after me and did not keep me up to date nor told me why I was being skipped. The dentist was disgusting he had a nasty attitude, a weird cigarette voice and was not gentile. Plus he was beyond rude. If you want people who will take care and actually care about you DO NOT COME HERE. This is not a family dentist they are only good for cleanings and fillings.

I have been coming here since I was 15, I'm 33 now and they are the worst had to have teeth pulled out because of doctor Galo. Ask them for something for the pain and told me they can not do anything for me. I'm not going to smiles anymore

Manager needs to read up on her HIPPA law , manager would not let me schedule an appointment for my husband and my husband has been going there for yrs and i book his appointment cause he is not able to , i work in a medical field and i have not once heard your not able to book an appointment for someone else especially your husband, asked if i can speak to someone else or a manager she told me she was the manager and there was no one else i can speak to

I highly recommend!!! This dentist off is the best I've every been . Dr.V is the best , he made me feel comfortable being that I was super nervous.. & also I can't forget his assistant Jennifer she was absolutely the best . Thank you guys

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do wisdom removal all four to of them were impacted and Dr. Virmani did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

If you are looking for a dentists office with reputable and quality service, Smiles of Waterbury is the place. Dr Virmani is kind and compassionate. He will make you feel completely comfortable and may even make you laugh with his witty jokes! I've been coming to this office since it opened along with my mother, and there's no other place we would go.

Dr Virmani and the staff at Smiles are THE BEST! They are always very friendly and nice and professional. Dr Virmani is the best dentist I have had in my life. He does a great job, he explains everything he is doing and he makes you feel at ease and the pain level you experience is always less than you would expect. I have been a patient for 5yrs now. Mimoo gives me the best cleanings I have ever had. She really does an amazing and thorough cleaning. Jen is an awesome assistant. She's always so nice. Nadine is also very nice. I have been to too many dentists,starting from the minute you walk thru the door till the moment you walkout excellent service.The team very professional all is clearly explained no surprises,thru every procedure from start to finish is explained for comfort,Dr Virmani had The best hands out all my visits to a dentist. Highly recommend Dr. Virmani! He truly cares. He is compassionate and made me feel comfortable right away. He's very professional and knowledgeable. He listens and he explains everything. It's been years since I've been to this practice and I was hesitant about coming back but thanks to Dr. Virmani, I'm so glad I did.
