Very professional and EXCELLENT dentistry. My husband, our twin17 year old boy twins and I have been patients for 6 years. I recently had some cosmetic crowns and work done- painless. The staff is sweet but professional, the Doc is a perfectionist (what you want in a Dentist). I would give the staff a 6 star review if I could, I trust them with my children AND my husband.

I rarely pen reviews but i have been going to Smiles of Trinity for 10+ years now, i am one of those that actually enjoy and look forward to going there, i feel they have my best dental treatment and health in mind when Dr F consults with me and often i turn down work suggested to me and i get little resistance if i do so which i appreciate more than he knows, i really don't like having procedures done anywhere but if i really have to have work done then Dr F will be the one i use as he has an extremely nice demeanor, is precise and thorough in his explanations i probably drive him crazy at times but i can 100% say you will not find a nicer man to work on you and the staff are also wonderful, you will not go wrong with Dr F, polite, courteous, professional , fair and knowledgeable, i recommend them unreservedly. I have been a patient of Smiles of Trinity for the last several years. I have always been treated as family. Smiles of Trinity goes out of there way to help with scheduling appointments which is greatly appreciated as a family person. They have always worked with me on priority of need and cost.

They were great. The dentist called after hours to see how my dad was after he had a tooth pulled and gave me advice for him. Not many dentist's would go out of their way like that. It was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

While I don't think anyone likes going to the dentist, we can honestly say that our experience with Smiles of Trinity has always been a positive one.....Dr Franceschi and his staff are great....He is honest, personable and extremely intelligent and takes the time to actually talk to his patients. We've always felt that he takes too much time....but at the same time, he treats us like "family"......His assistants and front office staff are very much like Dr Franceschi.....they too are personable, knowledgeable and will do whatever they can to make the experience a good one....We highly recommend Smiles of Trinity if you want excellent, quality care by a doctor and staff that truly do care about your dental health! My experience at Smiles of Trinty was Awesome as well as Gianni Franceschi he is amazing . I wish I could have had him 70 years ago. He is so gentle an kind as well as his staff. You feel like your with family. I'm so pleased with my New Teeth. I would recommend him for any dental work never felt any pain. I've been going to him for 12 years now an will continue . Extremely thorough and careful doctor. This is real dentistry. I am scared about my dental issues, but It's makes me feel confident cause I have a lot wrong with my teeth and Doctor seems to be intelligent enough to handle it! My previous I had had for years retired when COVID started and I could not find some to replace him. Front desk person is very nice and helpful. I'm still hesitant but I have hope things will continue very well with Dr. Franceschi!

This place is amazing. I have been to many dentists in major markets like NYC, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Boston, etc., and had some major procedures done. I thought I knew a lot about my condition and what to expect from a dentist to manage it. Boy, was I wrong; there is a notable difference in his knowledge from what I have experienced with previous providers. I have never received the level of expertise or care that I have received at Dr. Franceschi's office. He completely blew my expectations out of the water, explained my condition in further detail, and created a management program that exceeded what I had previously undergone. I wish I had found him much sooner in my life. He and his staff are incredibly kind, courteous, and accommodating. From reception (whom I love) to the hygenist (who is awesome) and everything in between, my experiences have always been excellent. I find that Dr. Franceschi's bedside manner is second to none. He is always friendly, caring, thorough, and genuine. He does a great job of reducing the anxiety most of us feel when visiting a dentist. My experience was so positive (I'm very critical) that my wife switched providers too because she knows I am very discerning. Recently, we switched our two boys to his practice as well. One of my sons is REALLY difficult, like abnormally difficult, when it comes to the dentist. Honestly speaking, if I were him, I would've thrown my son out of there with his behavior. Not Dr. Franceschi, he remained patient, took it in stride; he tried his best to calm him down so he could get some important work done. I commend him on his patience and commitment to helping. My wife and I appreciate his service very much. Regarding the few negative reviews I have seen, I'm glad I ignored them. Perhaps those reviewers' experiences were based on their interactions with old staff members. I encourage others reading them to consider doing the same, or you will miss out on excellent dentistry care and mounds of experience. Thank you, Dr. Franceschi and staff. We appreciate all that you do for our family.

After avoiding the dentist for a few years, I finally did my research and stumbled upon Smiles of Trinity. The office staff is always kind and helpful, and Dr. Franceschi really took the time to explain what was needed to get my teeth in top shape! I had a few fillings, and throughout the whole process the staff was extremely kind and accommodating as I was nervous! Dr. Franceschi is a perfectionist and I could not be happier with the work completed. The clear explanations of what was needed for my teeth, the exceptional treatment, and the genuine sense of caring will keep me coming back. Highly recommend!

Exceptional staff, professional and patient-oriented. Services are marked by care and quality. My results have greatly enhanced my overall health. Thought I would add a recent experience when I had a really severe medical flare-up involving my periodontal disease and Dr. Franceschi and his amazing staff responded quickly and expertly to treat my situation. My experience at Smiles of Trinity has far beyond passed all my expectations. The office staff is always polite, helpful and professional. Dr. Francsche has a magic hand and is the best dentist I have ever been to. He makes you feel comfortable and has a great approach to his patients. He always takes his time to do a great job and you never feel rushed. He pays attention to detail to make sure he does the best job on your teeth. My husband and I had several procedures done by him and I had minimal pain afterward which tell me that the work he did was exceptional and gentle. He is passionate about his work and and my teeth never felt healthier or looked better since I began coming to him. I give this office a five star rating and recommend this dentist without any hesitation.

The Dentist is very concerned about perfection. This is where you go if you have dental issues or just want to make sure your mouth is healthy and pristine. The staff is friendly and personable; great bunch people! Highly recommend!
