Excellent Dentist!!! and Staff...very Professional and friendly atmosphere. Dentist looks after her patients with their best interest in mind. I changed to smiles from a Murrieta Western Dental nightmare. She identified their mistakes and fixed them correctly. I have been going to smiles for the past 4 years for crowns and Root canals. I was offered and received cold water to drink drink several times.

Updated review: Ive been going to this dentist for 5 years now, and I can barely even remember the poor experiences I had with some of the front office staff during my initial visits. I can't think of a single time I've been in during the last 5 years and not had an all-around excellent experience. It's not a new office with state of the art equipment and a play room. It doesn't have new floors and fancy light fixtures. However, it has some of the best, most gentle dental assistants and dentists I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I will take it's dated outward appearance and welcoming, comfortable staff over a brand new building with less personable and gentle folks any day of the week. First off, the dentistry at this office deserves 5 stars, all the way around. There's not a single negative thing I could say about the dentist. She is honest, she is willing to thoroughly explain things, she makes time for all patients, her bedside manner is through the roof, and the quality of work is the best I've ever had (and I've had a lot). The back office staff is also top notch. They are gentle, personable, and willing to answer all questions they possibly can. The front of house is the reason I've given 3 stars. In the 6 months I have been going there I have not spoken to the same person on the phone more than 2 times. I go fairly often due to a laundry list of necessary procedures, so I call them regularly (2-3 times a month). They never remember my name, I am hung up on often, when I ask questions that front office staff should be more than capable of answering, I get deer in the headlights looks (what time is my next appointment, what's the name of the specialist I am being referred to, etc). All but two of the young ladies at the front desk have had extremely bad attitudes. I'm not sure if they just have a huge staff that is maybe a little too big for them to be able to communicate effectively, if they have a high turnover, or what, but it is nearly a nightmare. By far, the most stressful parts of my visits to this dentist have been dealing with the non-medical personell.

Stay away from this dentist clinic. If I had read the reviews before going there I wouldn't have gone there. One customer said they did deep cleaning instead of the filling they initially said they will. That is exactly what happened today. My mum had filling about a month ago and the next one was the other side to be filled. In the first place she didn't need any filling but you know I'm not a dentists so I cant say more about that but I can say they had to do the other side and then they ended up deep cleaning again and trying to make her make another's appointment the next day to do the filling what nonsensical. All they said was they did part of the deep cleaning the first time and this time is another deep cleaning and then vote again for the filling. This doesn't make sense. Stay away from them and make sure they do what you want. They are not to be trusted. They are all cheating scamers

I never leave reviews but this was not okay. I have never had an experience like this at a dentists office. I was there for three hours. It took an hour after my appointment time to be called back. I was left in the room for about 30 minutes with no one there. I ended up just leaving halfway through because I was left for so long. Avoid at all costs

The doc is very Greedy and infection!! Here is why. I don't remember his name it was my 1st time here. I never had so much filler in my life. My old Dentist told me that I have one teeth need to get filler but it was before covid and I had moved to Temecula. I clean my teeth morning and night and I do floss as well. So I came here wanted to get my tooth cleaned and Filler done. But they told me need to get deep cleaning and have 11 tooth need to get filler. OMG! That wasn't what I expected. But I had Them scheduled deep clean and filler for me for my right side. And Next time do another I have other left side. A month ago I had right side done. My right side face was swollen so bad I guess that's normal. But it started from next day my bottomless of one of the teeth got a filler feeling so much Sensitivity cannot even drink room temperature water. Now a month later I came back for my left side and I told the doctor I don't wanna get a deep clean and just get regular clean with filler. Guess what he told me he don't have time for that Because he only do deep clean and this clinic doesn't do regular cleaning. Don't fall for that they are very greedy !!!because Regular cleaning Don't need you to pay out-of-pocket but deep clean they get paid more from the insurance and you need to pay out of your pocket to.

My second appointment today for the removal and replacement of a crown. The dentist and assistant that worked on me did an amazing job. She put me at ease and the bite is perfect. The staff again was kind, considerate, and very pleasant. Out of all the dental experiences I've had this is definitely one of the better ones.

This place is horrible. They start a procedure and don't tell you until it's too late that not all of it is covered and they want $1000 to finish. Worst decision ever to go here. Run as fast as you can away.

El peor lugar que pueden vicitar, no pierdan su tiempo en este lugar, tengo que esperar mas de una hora para poder ser atendida, y no resuelven mi problema, ya son 5 citas y el problema no lo pueden resolver. Solo me hacen morder un papel varias veces y me lastimaron mas. Ademas es un lugar sucio no limpian las cosas para hacer el procedimiento. Ya son 5 citas y siempre hacen lo mismo, I just had an emax crown. and after I felt pain deeply when drink cold water and eat water mellon. I went back he just grinded it down and had me bite a piece of paper many times, I said still pain he grinded more and no more papper to bite just had me bite without any object and said that it will take 2 weeks to be normal, never give me a cold water to try, i came home cant eat even a piece of bread. it hurts even more, anyone knows which dental place is more professional please let me know. I should get refund so i can go to another dental place. This dentist only care about the money no care for how the patient. ME RINDO NO REGRESO MAS!!

Honestly super disappointed. Had two fillings done a few months ago, went in about two weeks later because I was still feeling pain when eating anything crunchy or soft (didn't have and pain or discomfort or problems eating before the filling was done) and I still can't eat on that side. All they did was give me a bite adjustment, which is not what I needed.. My two teeth that have the fillings are rough, wasn't smoothed out.. also, office was dirty (previous patients dirty tools were on the floor in the room I was assigned to for my appointment) , assistant was not professional and was not groomed well. When I told her about the dirty tools on the floor she acknowledged but didn't clean it.. I should have not even let them do the service. Getting my file and going to a new dentist.. if I could give 0 stars I would
