Very kind, caring doctor who's extremely knowledgeable and professional in his actions and tone. His medical team and office staff are included in the overall atmosphere of helpfulness, efficiency, and accuracy. Everyone is willing to engage with you to explain procedures and answer questions, to ensure you leave with a higher sense of well-being than when you arrived. I feel fortunate to have been in their care.

First let me say Dr.Martinez is great my smile look fantastic.He is so professional He explains everything he is going to do Listens to you and answers all your questions. He is the best dentist I have every seen I wouldn't want to go to any one else. I have been a patient of his for many many years. And what can I say about Jamie and Carol they are so sweet and kind they always greet you with a smile. When my mom passed away Jamie was so sweet to me they all were so thoughtful of my feeling. I will never forget how kind Dr.Martinez Jamie and Carol were to me. You all are the best if I could give you hundred stars I would.Thank you, Laura Parenteau

Best dentist (especially for more complex work) - THIS IS YOUR GUY. I had been through 3 dentists in Orlando- the second one messed up my bite so badly with two crowns ...but Dr. Martinez took time to fix my bite again. He, and his staff, are very knowledgeable and skilled. Believe me, I'm not easily impressed. If you have need for a really skilled dentist, do not look anywhere else - go see him. (from someone that has more dental work, and crowns than the queen :) TWO THUMBS up!!

Best dental office in central florida. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the office is very clean. From the moment you walk in you know you will be in great hands. The reception staff, best I have come across at any medical office, friendly, don't have to wait long, and helpful. Dr. Martinez explained everything, took the time to ensure I was comfortable, and made me glad that I chose him as a dentist. The dental hygienist was so nice and ready to answer any questions that I had and did a great cleaning. If you haven't been to the dentist in a while or looking for a new dentist, visit Smiles of Orlando, you will be greatly pleased.

Dr.Martinez is a very skilled practioner. As a retired dentist myself, I noticed his meticulous adaption of correct dental technology for my complicated case. With extra training, degree in prosthedontics, he keeps him ahead of the pack when it comes to fixed or removable crowns and bridges. I would not hesitate to recommend him to all!

In all my years visiting dental offices , i had never experience a better team than the one Dr Martinez has, from the moment I walked in i felt i was in the right place and as soon i spoke to Yamilette at the front desk i felt at ease and by the time Dr Martinez finish his evaluation i felt as if i was part of their family. This team of professionals are above and beyond, all that matters to them is you, as simple as that and they will make you smile no matter what. Went in for a tooth that had chipped on Thursday, and I must say the staff were so friendly. They helped me feel at ease and very concise on what needed to be done so that I would understand. Going above and beyond in they had taken x-rays and found that my wisdom tooth was decaying so after the filling the doctor extracted the wisdom tooth as well, quick and easy. Following day and I feel no pain from the extraction, I must say great staff and doctor.

Brought my mother-in-law here because she was in need of new dentures, I researched for prosthodontic doctors for days until I found Dr. Martinez, after reading all his specialties, recognition from other dentist's, his expertise and also the reviews from other patients I was convinced that he was the one to go with and I'm so glad I found him. From the moment I called to make the appointment JAMIE was amazing, so knowledgeable and caring. On the 1st appt I noticed they greet everybody so courteously and with so much empathy and by the 2nd appt they know you by name, something that you don't see much these days, I can say that they really care about their patients. Also both of his assistants ANA and HERLANDE are so wonderful and caring. Dr Martinez is an amazing Doctor, so knowledgeable, up to date with the latest techniques, he explains everything in detail and also gives you different options to choose from. They're not pushing you to do it right away they tell you that whenever you make the decision to call them, they even honored the price for up to a year. So many good things to say from this particular doctors office and his personnel. All I can say is that they treat you with so much love, you don't feel like a number in their office it's more like family. I'll recommend Dr Martinez 210%..Thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Dr Martinez, JAMIE, ANA and HERLANDE.

Hands down by far the best dentist office I've ever been too. Everyone there is so professional and pleasant. My teeth looked horrible going in and I was never judged. I told Karen put me on the fast track to fix it all and that she did. I walked out today with a smile I'm proud of. I want to thank Doc Martinez and his staff again for everything, and for the first time in my life I actually look forward to going back to the dentist!

After having issues with a partial I had made by another business a friend referred me to Smiles of Orlando. I was hesitant at first, but now I have a smile that fits perfectly, doesn't hurt anymore, and the staff are absolutely amazing! Would definitely recommend coming to see Dr. Martinez for any dental work needed to be done.
