When I first step my feet into this office I was in crucial pain and I didn't know that I had an infection in my tooth , even though I've never been there before they took care of me . Everyone of them are very friendly and caring , making sure that everything is OK with me . wrote me a prescription and took care of everything that needed to be taken care . few months later due to another tooth , l was well taken care. I would recommend anyone to come to a friendly and caring Smiles of Orland park . love it ! love it !love it! I love you all . thank you so much for all you do.

Everything went very well. No pain, No hassle. Very good service. Everyone so very nice. Doctors are professional and explained the procedures so I could understand what was happening. 5 Stars!

Smiles of Orland Park is a great place to get all your dental work done and they are always on time. They are very professional and keep moving til you are finished. Nice doctors great staff!

Dr. Brittany, the hygienist, and any of other staff are outstanding. As someone who struggles going to the dentist, I always know I'll be fine at Smiles if Orland Park. The staff makes you feel very comfortable and communicates with you through the whole process.

I was recommended to Smiles of Orland Park by my sister who has been a patient of Dr Marshall's for several years. The recommendation was none less than amazing. The office staff, hygienist and the both doctors are wonderful. What an awesome experience. I look forward to seeing them for all my dental needs.

I feel like I was intentionally misled for financial gain. Before my first appointment I asked if they were in my insurance network. The generic answer I was given was "we accept all PPO", without any further explanation. The fine print that I wasn't told was that they are NOT in my network and they would be billing my insurance as an out-of-network provider. Additionally, the oral cancer screening they pushed is viewed as not necessary until after the age of 40 (to the extent that most insurance doesn't even cover it in-network for individuals younger than 40) and being a non-user of tobacco I am not in any risk category. Beware that this dental practice will do anything to get your money.

Fiance went here in September '21 looking for a new dentist. She was informed she had 10 fillings that needed to be addressed totaling over 1000 bucks. Left and got a 2nd and 3rd opinion stating no work needed to be done and she had rather healthy teeth. Be aware with the high rating.
