Dr.Gotopalli is the most gentle and kind dentist I've ever been to. I highly recommend her to anyone. In fact I've recommended my husband, son nephew basically my whole family to go to her. I can't say enough kind things about the Doctor and the staff. If your looking for a dentist , definitely go to Dr. Gotopalli.

Dr. Gottipalli is absolutely amazing. I always dread going to the dentist because my teeth are EXTREMELY sensitive and it is always uncomfortable. Dr. Gottipalli is ALWAYS so gentle and makes my teeth feel amazing. Her bedside manner is truly amazing and makes you feel so comfortable. I highly, highly recommend. Truly the best!

My wife and kids had root canal done and Dr. Gottipalli and her team were great from the start. The procedure, insurance coverage and out of pocket costs were well explained before the procedure was performed. Dr. Gottipalli and her team dental hygienist are well qualified and performed the procedure smoothly and gently. The office was accommodating to get appointments around my work schedule. Highly recommend this dentist and her office.

Dr. Chethna is extremely patient and understanding, not to mention excellent at her job. In the past I've had nothing but bad experiences but her and her staff have elimanted my fear of going to the dentist. 5/5 stars

Dr. Gottipalli is one of the best doctors I have ever met. She cares a lot and a very down to earth person. She makes you feel very comfortable. I was very happy now to have found a good doctor for dental needs. I would recommend her to all. The staff that work there are excellent too.

Dr. Gottipalli is the most caring dentist whom I ever used. She is very knowledgeable and caring. No matter when you call her office, its a guarantee she will return your call. In cases of emergency, she always finds a spot to have you seen.. I have tried the rest, now I use the best

Dr. Chethna is an awesome dentist. I went to her for the first time and was so impressed with her caring attitude, attention to detail and patience. I have had horrible experiences with my earlier dentists, but my procedure with Chethna went so smooth that I did not feel any discomfort during or after the procedure. Her office has a very warm and comfortable touch to it and the staff is excellent too. Above all, the wait time is non-existent because the appointments are setup and spaced perfectly. I would definitely recommend her as the dentist to go to.

Dr Gottipalli was great. Very gentle and empathetic. Explains everything thoroughly. Great bed side manner. Punctual on appointment times; hardly any wait time.

I was always scared to see a dentist. But smiles of Marlboro changed that. Great service and professional including support staff. Doc also takes time to explain the procedures. I would highly recommend SOM to friends and family.

Dr. Gottipalli is by far the gentlest dentist that I have ever been treated by. I have had several cavities filled in and several cleanings, including a deep cleaning, done by Dr. Gottipalli and at no time felt uncomfortable during the procedure. She made sure to check on me throughout the process and I could not be happier with her service and the final results.

-LAUREN D.- I was dreading have any dental work done after a terrorizing experience while getting my wisdom teeth pulled. After reading some reviews of Dr.G & her staff, I put on my big girl pants & made an appt w/ Linda, who by the way is a doll both over the phone & in person. She gave me some much needed pep talks about how gentle the Dr. is & how they would not let me sit there in pain. She was right, the Dr. was so gentle & accommodating, her & her dental assistant Nina made me feel comfortable right away. I'm also terrified of needles, so naturally I almost cried like a baby when it was time to numb me. But Nina kept telling me to breath & saying how great I was doing...she treated me like she actually cared about how i was feeling emotionally & physically throughout the whole process. She really is so sweet, her & Dr.G made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. The whole staff made my experience completely pain free...& I'm not scared to go back! I already recommended this place to my Mom, & I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a Dental office w/ a clean, state of the art environment, a friendly & accommodating staff, and an overall comfortable & positive dental experience. (Btw I'm not the type of person who usually writes reviews, but i really think this place deserves it.)

I cannot thank Dr Gottipalli and her staff enough for making me feel relaxed at the dentist. They care about their patients and take into consideration the anxiety of patients, like me, who are nervous about dental work, no matter how minor. If you are looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Gottipalli.

Got my deep cleaning and root canal done here. I'm highly satisfied with both the procedures. The Dr. is very caring and patient. Her staffs are very nice too. I've tried a few dentists around Marlboro area. I feel this place is definitely one of the best ones around.
