Dr Saili has been so helpful and compassionate in looking after my Mom's dental issues. She is knowledgeable and would give good advice for the ongoing dental issues. I will be visiting her again for any of my dental care.

Wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy. It's one thing for a business to make a mistake and own up to it (and fix it) - but to make a mistake and just say oh well. Terrible patient care and service. I ended up having to pay $5000 out of pocket for my orthodontic work because THEIR employee refused to submit a claim with my insurance at the start of my service. She told me it's a complicated process and to just wait until I finished my treatment (which should have been a red flag). I reached out multiple times during my treatment for more details on how the process works and was told nothing. By time the end of my treatment, they still took a significant amount of time to send me the paperwork I needed (which should have been a flag for me, because you should never have to submit an orthodontic claim yourself) - and it ended with my insurance saying I was outside the year mark of being able to submit the claim. The insurance said they could make an exception if the office called and explained it was their mistake, which of course they didn't. So now stuck paying 100% of a cost that I really should have only had to pay 20%. Honestly hate I ever came to this place.

If you are coming here for a black dentist, Kimberly Harper does not work here anymore unfortunately. Came here for a simple cleaning and they stretched out a cleaning over three appointments to max out the money they get from insurance. I was already frustrated because I shouldn't have to take 3 days off work to have my teeth cleaned. I should have known it was some kind of money grab. I'll try to find an honest, black-owned dentistry. It's funny how they still have Kim Harper as their main picture because they know ALOT of people are looking for an African American dentist to support. Very misleading and money hungry dentistry.

I think I've found my dentist home in Texas! I've never experienced a dental hygienist that actually took the time to teach me about my teeth and had my best interest in mind upon arrival. Highly recommend smiles at Irving! Smooth & simple.
