My husband went to them and they pulled his wisdom tooth out, they ended up cracking his t front molar and then they told him it was his fault even though they broke it. The deep cleaning they said it was $150 but billed our insurance $1500 in a deep cleaning and a filling. This is ridiculous don't recommend this place at all. They basically bleed his insurance and then they messed up his Mar and now he has to pay put of pocket for a root carnal according to them .

I called to inquire how much does it cost to make a replacement retainer because it got lost. She told me it's going to be the same cost ( which was $200 when we first had it done.) So I setup an appointment and when my girlfriend got there they told her it's going to cost $300 to replace it. They even deny they said $200 on the phone. I told them I can playback our recorded conversation but still they insist it's $300. Worst experience ever.

horrible place I felt I can not trust this guy, poor customer service this new owner siddharth bansal very unprofessional and arrogant, he said I needed a deep cleaning which is a expensive treatment I went to a second opinion to a different place and it was a lie, I only needed a regular cleaning. read bad reviews. i don't recommend this place

I have seen several dentists for years. Some have drilled my teeth and left them, some have told me I had no choice but to get braces to close a gap, others who told me I was out of luck, nothing can be done. Others that wanted 7000.00 to put Implants in the front and so on. Smiles of Elgin, specifically Dr. Bansal is the only person who helped me. Upon my first visit, he fixed others mistakes, came up with reasonable solutions and offered suggestions that no other Dentist has. All within a reasonable price. The staff are all exceptional, the nicest staff in a dental office I've ever experienced. They have waited for me when they were ready to go home knowing my schedule and have always made me feel like I was important. Best office in Elgin! Sasha, thanks for being so sweet!

I am obsessed with this dentist office. THEEEE nicest people work here. Shout out to my Sasha!!!!! She makes every single visit the best visit!!! My teeth look and feel great! NEVER have I loved a receptionist so much!!! The dentist here are wonderful and caring and great at what they do! In my opinion everyone should go get a gorgeous smile here.

They called me after 5 years to tell me that I was due for a cleaning. When I told her to please remove my phone number, the young girl hung up the phone on me. When I called back and asked to speak to the Doctor I was told that the office was closed and hung up the phone on me again.. When I checked their hours online it said 10 am to 6 pm, I found that odd because it was only 5 pm. So I have to think that the girl was lying about the Doctor being there and didn't want me to tell them about how she treated me. THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE.
