Dr. Neena Patel is a licensed general dentist in California, who is passionate about dental health and aesthetics. After attaining a Masters in Biotechnology from Georgetown University where she performed research at the National Institute of Dental Craniofacial Research center, she went on to receive a Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Dental Medicine in 2013.
Dr. Patel has a keen eye for beauty and is determined to give you the smile you desire and deserve. She continues ongoing education and has many tools in her belt to create beautiful smiles including Invisalign. She is committed to being up-to-date on the latest advances in dentistry and is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentists, Academy of General Dentistry, San Diego Dental Society, California Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Spear Study Group.
The health and comfort of her patients is her top priority, as there is an undeniable connection between dental health and total body health. She provides a thorough comprehensive plan individualized for you and it is communicated step by step, in order to provide you the best possible care.
Dr. Eusebio is a gentle, caring dentist who uses the most advanced materials & procedures available. He practices comfortable, caring dentistry focused on establishing optimal health, with a strong emphasis on getting to know each patient. In addition to his technical proficiency, Dr. Eusebio is a careful listener & will explain beforehand which treatment is best for your individual needs.
Dr. Eusebio graduated dental school from Centro Escolar University. He has since taken many continuing education courses, including aesthetics training at UCLA & is a graduate from the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Dr. Eusebio is also a member of the San Diego County & California dental association, the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation & many more.
Dr. Eusebio served as the past president of the Association of Filipino Dentists of San Diego County & has helped raise thousands of dollars for charitable foundations such as Thousand Smiles & the Child Watch Foundation, which is dedicated to providing assistance to children in need. He is continually improving his practice with the latest techniques & products to bring you state-of-the-art, personalized dental care in a sterile, safe environment.

This review is for the front office staff. First I specifically asked for a deep cleaning appointment and the office manager still scheduled me for a regular cleaning. She lied left and right about my insurance. She said deep cleaning is never 100% covered. My insurance covers it 100%. What she meant was laser is part of deep cleaning and was trying to sneak it in and charge me for that. She said that x rays can't be older than 6 months to get approved for deep cleaning from the insurance but that wasn't true either. They can be as old as 1 year. Also she is super creepy around men. It is not normal friendliness. She gives out suggestive looks and has a weird body language. Maybe that's why she has been hired for. No idea, but it seemed unprofessional to me in a healthcare setting.

We had a 10AM Appnt, and we literally just walked out from there. 40MIN and we were still waiting .. my son was getting antsy. He is a 22YR Old Non Verbal Autistic Boy. Just the preparation for this day for him to get him for his Dental - to have a good happy day then .. we'll Just sit there and wait and wait and wait .. Anyways, Obviously this facility have no consideration at all.

I had a Navy referral appt at 1:40 pm and Smiles of Eastlake saw me the same day at 3 pm. They took care of my teeth in an hour!! No pain and their forms were so easy to fill out online. They were prompt and courteous. Thank you!!

I really liked the staff; however, the decisions that the dentist recommended were bad for my circumstances. I wish i had decided to not listen to the recommendations. I to deal with teeth that had to readjust after the procedure and it left me with what looked like teeth grinding only to be recommended that I get braces for re-correction. I have since left and found other professionals that will assist In my endeavors to have reasonable dental care. My experience was my own and might not be your experience. The statements regarding what I experienced don't reflect the circumstances that what may occur in your experience. But I will never occupy the Smiles of East lake for dental care again.

Words can't even begin to describe the positive experience I had here. Came here after getting a referral from Navy dental and my hopes weren't high given that it was the Navy sending me there. But as I walked into the cleanest office I've ever seen, I was greeted by the receptionist who helped me check in and was so professional and nice. I was an hour and a half early and they took me back to wait in a full body massage chair. Dr. Cristobal was able to see me earlier than expected and took me back to get my filling fixed. He was so nice and personable and was very skilled, honestly best dentist experience ever. Yuri did my cleaning and was just awesome to work with. So nice and talked about some great options for my teeth moving forward to help prevent bone loss. If you have the opportunity to go here, don't even bother thinking it over, stop reading this review and go book your appointment. These people know how to run a dental practice and will take care of you like one of their own.

My only regret is that I wasn't able to get/remember the name of whoever did my scheduled yearly cleaning! She did it gently, thoroughly, and always explaining whatever she's doing and about to do!

Best dental clinic. Friendly staff, friendly assistants, clean modern clinic. Dr. Eusebio is very patient and listens to your concern. Excellent dentist. Always accommodating when emergencies arise. Hardly any waiting time to be seen. Carla, dental assistant, is very friendly, attentive and compassionate. Dr. Eusebio is an excellent dentist.

The staff are very friendly and professional. They know exactly how to accommodate my needs.. It's my first visit to this clinic and I felt my teeth are in good hands. I've already received a treatment plan where no other dentist ever gave me. As far as the billing is concern, the receptionist are honest and don't hide anything. They'll tell you exactly what is covered by your insurance and give you more options. I highly recommend this clinic to my family and friends.
