At our Northwest Indiana dental offices, we strive to pamper you, to make you feel cared for and relaxed. Many patients walk out in a much calmer mood than when they entered, and we like to think it is because of the friendly and cheerful team, but we also know it might have to do with some of the amenities we offer. Dr. Natalie Wargo is an outstanding dentist who has been a member of our dental family since 2005. Dr. Wargo practiced dentistry in Crown Point for two years and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Northwest Indiana Dental Society. She serves as a Board member for the Northwest Indiana Dental Society and is a member of the Dental Study Club of Northwest Indiana. She enjoys and excels in all aspects of general dentistry, and her excellent clinical skills, coupled with her soothing demeanor and gentle nature, is a tremendous asset to the team. Patients love Dr. Wargo because she excels at gentle dentistry.
Dr. Wargo was raised in Hebron and attended Boone Grove High School. After graduating in 1995, she continued her education at Purdue University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1999. Dr. Wargo attended Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis, graduating in 2003. After dental school, she returned to Northwest Indiana and married (her high school sweetheart) Jason. Together, they enjoy playing softball and volleyball through the park department and spending time with their two dogs. The couple is blessed with a handsome son, Ian and a beautiful daughter, Mya.

Wow, best dental experience!!! My family and I recently switched to Smiles of Chesterton and we have been blown away. The staff truly care and are very professional. They take the time to talk through everything so I fully understand all of our options for care. This place is amazing!!

the staff was great but unfortunately they dont have a payment plan so was unable to get the denture work done. even though i have insurance my portion was way too much and due to the fact i am recently widowed could not come up with payment on my income

I would 10/10 recommend. My 9 year old had a medical emergency of a broken molar and out of all the dentists in NWI, I left messages for, smiles of Chesterton was the only place to call me back. They were able to fit us in, as a new client, on the same day (thank goodness ) and they very thorough on the phone with everything from the treatment plan to the financial part. Their communication skills are phenomenal. My son is so thankful for them for being so kind and nourishing, making this experience one that he is not traumatized from. Thank you all so much !! We will always be grateful for you !

This place is terrible. It's got snooty workers who think they're hoity toity and better than everyone else. Their prices are higher than other places. The waiting area is dated. They botched a simple procedure I needed done. When I stopped going recently, they began harassing me by phone, email, and text. They even came to my house. It's not as though I owe them money. They just want me to continue there as a patient. They're very mentally unhealthy. I'm glad to be done with them. Edited to add that Smiles by Chesterton ONLY denied not coming to my house. They didn't deny harassing me. That speaks volumes!

I am not a dentist fan usually, but Dr. Wargo and her staff really turn me around. They make me feel welcome, comfortable, and never in pain. I just love Dr. Wargo and would follow her anywhere!

As a new patient the staff had taken time to read my history and speak with my periodontist prior to my appointment. They also spent time to discuss plan of care and get my input. Very pleased with the cleaning and preventive care I received. Entire staff very welcoming.

Dr. Wargo and her staff are the best! I had to have several numbing shots and I didn't feel anything - really amazing! I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep having my tooth worked on - wow!

The whole staff was amazing. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and from Sarah checking me in to the Dr's assistant to the Dr it was a great experience. When I spoke with the Dr she asked about myself and dental history. She looked me in the eye when she spoke and I felt like a person and not just a mouth full of dental problems. I would recommend this office to all.

I ALWAYS have Brandy perform my teeth cleaning. She is thorough yet gentle and so exceptionally nice. All of the staff here have great personalities. Dr Wargo takes great care of my teeth so they need very little work I would not go anywhere else
