Sara was good and she did a great job in treating my teeth. She did not rush through , but instead she took her time to examine and treat each teeth individually and doesn't move to the next until she is satisfied with it. She was professional, considerate and took her time to answer all my questions and explain to me in details in what needs to be done. She deserves A++ and he work ethic should be recognized. Thank you Sara for the wonderful experience.

My husband and I have been with this office for about a year now and our last visit was the best because of Amanda. She was so friendly, talked to us about our concerns and actually tried to give us solutions. Our teeth felt nice and clean when we left but not sore like in the past. Go see Amanda!

They are professional and good. But the problem is they don't care about other peoples time. You make appointment at certain time. Then bunch of people has appointment at same. You have to wait a lot. Dentists are busy. Just wastes other peoples time. You have know idea how long simple filling takes. It will take 2 hours at least. 30 minutes for actual filling + 1 hour waiting. They prioritizes making money and getting most of the money from the insurance. I noticed from their treatment plan, they prioritize to get money first meaning crown, bunch of x-rays then very last filling and cleaning. I am not sure how they prioritize treatment plan. Highest earning to lowest or patient needed first in terms of health... I scheduled appointment for cleaning. But ended up getting bunch of x-rays and treatment plan. It took 4 hours. mostly waiting and waiting. They didn't even do the cleaning... You know other people have job too. Its crazy that when you schedule appt for cleaning, you ended up not getting cleaning service and spent 4 hours there.

Was loyal to them for years, even when i had to drive and hour and a half to get there. Im supposed to have my teeth cleaned 4x per year instead of 2. Last time i was in they wanted to put a cavity watch on a couple of my teeth... then they kept rescheduling my appointments later and later because of "how busy" they are.. and now they arent open on saturdays.. so i will have to miss work to go in.. its been a year since my last cleaning.. You have competition guys. And they are taking your customers.. and its because of how youve started running things.

The professionalism, dental work, and over all environment of Smiles or Cary is unlike any other I have encountered, from the front desk to chair. Over a year ago I broke a tooth on the side of my mouth that had to be extracted. This space could be seen when I smiled and really affected how I smiled. Dr. Lee and his assistant Jessica worked with me well over a year to get me back smiling confidently. Not only do I have an implant but it is a perfect match to the shade of my other teeth. You can't even tell! I can't thank them enough for thier patience and expertise through the process. Additionally, some of the best annual dental cleaning I have received. Even tried thier lazer whitening, OMG it really works! My smile brightened 3 shades! Highly recommended Dentistry!

Dr. Lee and his staff are phenomenal. I hadn't establishes a dentistry and had been here for 6mnths. I needed a last min dental exam and cleaning for work. I called several places and couldn't get in for weeks-mnths. Not only were they able to see me but the staff was amazing. They are so friendly and quick. There is not waiting forever to get seen! Dr. Lee look his time to exam my x-rays and discuss a plan to get my teeth where they need to be. His assistant Jessica was awesome and energetic. You cam tell these people love their job.

Dr. Lee is a very nice guy. He walks with confidence. However, it's not Dr. Lee that's the problem. It's his assistants, his office staff that has EXTREMELY nasty attitudes. They have smart replies when you are genuinely trying to get an answer pertaining to an emergency. All of them makes it extremely difficult for you to get proper care from Dr. Lee. One of the managers actually had made a smart statement when my Husband tried to find my son and I. I had/have pain and a few comments the office manager stated was that "I guess you'll just be in pain then" "You dropped the ball" (because my family got sick). They lied about calling my referral they suggested just to get me off the phone. I can go on and on but my paragraph is already lengthy. Overall, TERRIBLE customer service! If you have any tooth pain, I do not recommend these people at all!

He has no idea what he is doing compared to other dentists I have been too. He is nice and just goes through the motions. He doesn't point ideas what is best for each individual patient. He book a lot of patients at once and run around from door to door. He definitely don't give me any undivided attention. Years ago, I left my appointment with two holes in two of my tooth that he forgot to fill. I still went back because he always have appointments open. The first time, I went back , he didn't fill my front tooth correctly. The second filling I had done, he didn't fill that tooth correctly either. I went back for a total of three times for redos. It was a waste of my time and gas. He needs to stop over booking in order for him to do his job right the first time.

Today, my 6 years old had his first appointment here, it was amazing, professionals, huge patience, understanding with the children, they let my son know that he maintained control and could stop whenever he wanted, strategies to manage fear and pain, I have always felt fear of the dentist, from today I think it is time for a visit. Thank you!
