Honestly wouldn't give any stars. I took my children here and it was such a bad experience. They not only treated me horribly, they also treated my at the time 3 & 5 year old poorly. It was my children's first time going to the dentist and they kept yelling at them for being nervous. THEY HAD NO PATIENCE HERE!! We ended up just walking out. Thank you so much for scarring my children!!

I decided to try this dentist for a simple cleaning. They put a coupon out in the mail and it was advertised for $45 new patient exam and basic cleaning. I called and made an appointment. I went in and they asked about the coupon and I filled out all the required paper work. One girl took 6 x-rays of my mouth and then the Dr. came and spent less then 10seconds in my mouth and goes "everything looks good, no new cavities and I recommend a basic cleaning and that is $115, if you have time today we can do it. I responded with I called and scheduled a cleaning for this appointment and I came due to the coupon you guys sent out. The Dr. left the room and the receptionist came in and repeated exactly what the Dr said and goes since you have the coupon the Dr said she will do the cleaning for $70 plus the $45 for the new patient exam. She also pointed out on the coupon that it states (12 and younger) but that only applies to the cleaning and not the new patient exam. I find it very funny how the appointment came out to their normal price of $115 for a cleaning. This is the first dentist that has done this. This coupon is 100% a scam and NOT like any other new patient coupons out there for other dentists. This is the first time I have ever encountered something like this with a dentist and even though they we nice I will NOT return.

Horrible experience won't go back she pulls tetth and says ins won't pay too save them only too find out ins does. but she doesn't like what they pay her so she says ins doesn't cover it sad. I will post more like hippa violation.staff very unprofessional called cops just for me too pick up referral they said I need to pick up n person .im starting a west dundee fb complaint page warm patients

We love this office. It is very updated and clean. The Dr and office staff are extremely polite, very patient and professional! I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone I know.

Very professional very clean wonderful staff awesome Dr she found things on my teeth that no other dentist found and that is a good dentist I recommend this dentist office to everyone you won't be sorry this doctor is worth more than five stars thank you

I went in for tooth extraction and have a very bad phobia of dentist I get very high blood pressure and anxiety , Dr Choi and staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease while I got the procedure done. Very good bed side manner and professionalism. After the procedure was done I couldn't believe how quick it was and I had felt NO pain and all. Even after the numbing wore off still no pain. I feel great. A Huge thank you Dr Choi and staff for making me feel wonderful..
