I have been seeing Dr. Saraffi for going on 4 years and I can honestly say she is the best dentist by a long shot! She does a wonderful job and also makes you feel comfortable during the process. She's very positive and upbeat which makes the experience really nice. She is very thorough and will answer any and all questions you have! Lety, one of the dental hygienists is also very friendly and does a great job. Agnes at the front desk is always a pleasure. All in all everyone goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is nothing less than great! 10/10 would recommend Smiles of Buffalo Grove! -Jessica S

I love Smiles of Buffalo Grove! I have seen Dr. Sarrafi for years. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Her staff are also amazing and make each visit easy and pleasant.

Dr. Sarrafi, Agnes, and the staff are great and super friendly! Dr. Sarrafi and her dental hygienist/assistant are very thorough and and every visit has been a good experience. I also love the newly remodeled office, it's modern and the lobby decorations are always cute

My kids and me have been with Dr. Atosa for long time now and we are so well taken care. Atosa and her staff are so friendly and makes it a good experience every visit. The facility is fully equipped and super well maintained. I strongly recommend her for dental care.

I've been coming to Dr. Sarrafi for years and shes truly the best and consistent. Her staff is awesome and the dental chairs have back massagers! Its a super cute office space and Dr. Sarrafi and her staff go above and beyond to cater to your needs. Highly recommend. You're in amazing hands.

Our family has been going to Dr Sarrafi's practice for years in buffalo grove, and even when she was in Skokie and Downtown prior. When you find a great dentist, you never leave! Best family dentist hands down!!!

Let's start by saying I never thought I'd ever be reviewing a dentist, however this office is awesome starting with the staff of Agnes out front, and Letty the hygienist/dental assistant who are both very nice and easy to work with in addition to the ambience, decor, and most importantly cleanliness of this office is what keeps our whole family coming back. Dr. Sarrafi is a great dentist with a gentle touch and was so good with our son for his first time to a dentist. You couldn't ask for a nicer or more pleasant dental experience. Keep on flossing...

I've been going to Dr. Sarrafi for about 7 years now, at least, and she is wonderful. She is such a sweet, kind, patient, and understanding dentist. She takes the time to listen to any concerns you have and comes up with a game plan for you. I've never liked going to the dentist, even for a general cleaning. Dr. Sarrafi helps me feel so comfortable and walks me through every step of the way. Love her!

Update October 2022: Smiles of Buffalo Grove is still the best dental office! Dr Sarrafi continues to care for my family, young and old, with exceptional dental work. I always look forward to my regular cleaning appointments :). My kids love the doctor as well and are always at ease during all kinds of appointments. The most important part is that Dr Sarrafi is ready to accommodate you if you have an emergency (toothache, broken crowns). She also knows a lot of other specialists and can recommend who to see if one needs a surgery or periodontal/ortho work. The whole office staff is very friendly and Agnes is always ready to help you find an appointment, help with payments, and call you up with any follow-ups. Thank you for taking care of my family all these years! End of update. I highly recommend Dr. Sarrafi's dental office. She has been our family dentist for many many years. Even when she moved the office, we are still up for a 30-min hike just to continue being her patients. My three kids love going to her for their checkups and rare fillings. My own dental experience has always been very pleasant and professional. Dr. Sarrafi is not only highly experienced and well-trained, but she has amazing bed-side manners. You always feel like part of her family, she is such a caring doctor. She listens to all your concerns, always has the best plan of action, and she delivers timely and beautiful dental work, including crowns and implants. Her office manager Agnes is a wonderful and knowledgeable professional, she always knows how best to use your insurance and is always ready to negotiate on your behalf. She always answers any question I may have. The best dentist and dental office around!:)
