They charged me 80$ to examine my mouth and then want to send me with antibiotics for my wisdom tooth pain and didn't catch the fact that I have so many more issues! So went to aspen dental and got wayyyy better treatment and they where even able to get me a loan to get the important stuff done. I feel completely cheated by this dental office and not cared for

It took 2 weeks to get in. Get there, do x-rays, and I'm sent home with penicillin and ibuprofen. Another 10 days go by, and it's time to have one tooth pulled and another tooth filled. They scheduled 3 of us for 8am. That's exactly when they open, and there's only one dentist. At almost 10am, I start getting the numbing shots. Multiple shots that went in too deep and were dug around inside. Granted, I *was* numb. My mouth, my eye, and what felt like a portion of my brain were very numb. Lots of visiting and laughing while I lay there not able to see who's coming and going from the room I'm in. Finally, it happens. The tooth is extracted. It was one swift pull that pulled my head and shoulders right off of the chair. You're done; you can leave. I can't talk, so I couldn't even ask about the filling I was supposed to get, that I already paid for. They sent me packing with some extra gauze and prescriptions for amoxicillin (I requested amoxicillin as soon as she said I'd be sent home with more antibiotics because amoxicillin is broad spectrum and penicillin is not) and ibuprofen. It's more than a week later, and I'm still in pain. The bruising on my cheek and eye socket has almost healed. My extraction site is closing properly. However, I have never had such pain after having a tooth pulled. Usually, a dentist will rock the tooth to break the connective tissue and make extraction easier, not just Hulk Smash it out of there. Ibuprofen is a joke, and this is coming from someone who has never needed pain management of any kind after an extraction.

The staff was very friendly and also explained the process very well. At the end of the visit, the Secretary made sure we knew what to expect payment wise before next visit by writing it on the next appointment card. Very great experience.

My appointment was at noon and my daughter didn't get seen until 12:50, then she didn't get out of her appointment until 2 pm. Its ridiculous to wait that long to get a teeth cleaning and x-rays done. The staff said they only have one doctor and he has to go around and check each patient. I also seen patients that arrived after me leave before me. There is no reason why I should have to wait two hours for a teeth cleaning.

Good with kids but not adults. My baby brother loves it because the kid friendly environment and toys but my dad got some dental work done and cost him over $700 and he was in pain for weeks. The filling ended up falling out.

After not having insurance my entire childhood, I was very nervous about finding a dentist and getting my first cleaning. The staff here was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Also from what I seen, they are amazing with children too!

Very friendly and professional staff. The dentist has a bit of a rough touch but seems to do a decent job, however after having cavities filled I have had some extreme sensitivity in one of my teeth that wasn't there before. I do agree with other reviews about the screaming children. None of the rooms have doors so there's a bit of a privacy issue and you can hear everyone else's experience so it can be a little overwhelming. Could be better, could be worse.

I had such a good experience here! They were so friendly and helpful. The lady who did my cleaning had K-Love playing in her little room and it was so nice to listen to christian music during my visit. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!
