Dr. Anette Betancor is a graduate from Florida International University in 2007 with a B.S. in Chemistry, and received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Iowa School of Dentistry in 2011. She continued her education and received an Implant Fellowship from the International Dental Implant Association, and also completed training in Minimal Sedation. She is an associate at the Center of dental Implants of Pembroke Pines along with world renowned Implant guru Dr. Arun Garg. She also participated in a Missionary Trip to Dominican Republic in which she performed Advanced Implant and Bone Grafting Surgeries.

I went in for a complimentary consultation after seeing an Instagram post from Smiles Mia. First off, Dr. Carbonero is very nice, courteous, and a true professional. I was nervous about the whole process of getting braces, but she made me feel confident and I am so happy I came here to see her. Dr. Carbonero took her time to help me the best way possible so I could get the exact treatment I needed. The other Orthodontist I saw told me my treatment would be at least 24 months. Dr. Carbonero was able to complete my treatment in just 12 months. I just finished my treatment a couple weeks ago and my smile is just great. I would definitely refer friends, family, or anyone for that matter who needs braces to Dr. Carbonero and Smiles Mia.

The staff here is amazing and extremely friendly and lovable. Honestly a great experience. I'm a college student that goes to school in Orlando and they were able to work with my schedule flawlessly. They were very efficient time-wise. Dr. Carbonero is extremely approachable and makes the whole process run super smoothly. Highly recommended.
