I have been going to this office since I was a child. The staff have always been friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Since the transition from Dr. Rosland to Dr. Bliss I've noticed the continued quality of care for us patients. Highly recommend. Office is located in a residential neighborhood which brings a very homie and warm energy.

Everyone at Smiles makes a trip there easy and yes, pleasant! Whether I am with the dentist, hygienist or receptionist, all are highly competent, professional and friendly. This is consistent with every visit. I would not want to go to any other dentist.

This place was so nice! All of the staff was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. It was my first time to a dentist in a while and they made it easier to be there. I feel like my teeth are in good hands.

Dr. Bliss is an incredible dentist. I experienced no pain at all other than one brief millisecond when she administered the Novocain shot. She even explained it can happen because of the location. She is so good about being very clear as to what she's about to do and answering any questions you may have. Her incredible assistant Juanita and she are an excellent team. So professional and so polite. I was so relaxed during a pretty intense appt. and had absolutely no concerns whatsoever. I could've dozed off I was that relaxed. Seriously. This has never happened to me at a dental appt before and I've been to many in my lifetime. Such a wonderful feeling when you have 100% trust in your dentist and extremely qualified assistant. No one likes dental work, but even with the process of grinding down one tooth to be fit for a new crown (and cleaning up a cavity that was unseen in my x-ray), there was absolutely no pain involved in this procedure at all--not even after the Novocain wore off and the rest of the day. This speaks volumes to me to the qualification of these dental professionals. Such good people with a gentle touch and a very calming demeanor. I can't say enough about this experience and I went through this a month prior with another tooth and the experience was exactly the same. I'm thrilled to be a patient at Smiles because my previous dentist retired and she took over his practice and I am so happy the way things worked out. The office staff and hygienists are wonderful--so friendly, compassionate and caring and always able to answer all my questions and clean my teeth twice a year. If you need a new dentist, I can't recommend Smiles and Dr. Bliss Zin enough. She is one of the best dental professionals I have ever encountered.

I have to share, this office has gone through lots of changes in the last year. Dr Rosland and Dr Drexel retired and Rita one of our hygienist moved away. With Dr Bliss Zin buying the practice last October all the changes have been positive. I am happy to be part of this team. Try us out I am sure you will be totally happy with coming to the dentist

Amazing dentist. Amazing person. I have been his patient since sometime in the 1960's or 1970's. I was actually too young to remember when I started seeing him. Seems only fair he retire AFTER me! Lol. Thanks for many , many great years of care and kindness. You will be sorely, but fondly missed.
